Great Family Business - highly recommended
I had my alarm installed by Sky Security in 2022 on a recommendation from a friend. I was impressed from the start, the initial call went to set up an appointment, the actual appointment itself and the installation. Did not feel pressured into buying the alarm system, was provided with a great selection to match my needs, when I had questions these were answered without making me feel silly and based on the above, was an easy choice to give my business to Sky Security - as others had come in with the hard sale, which is a massive turn off for me...
The installation itself was great, no fuss no mess, shoes taken off without asking and great conversation - although I may have spoken too much and kept Corey back... lol Clear instructions and demos of how to use the system, then it was over to me.
Since the installation, I've had 2 annual maintenance visits - which have been smooth and easy, polite and courteous and so also a great after sales service too.
