The vacumn cleaner ordered was just not up to scratch. It had cost almost £160 but was just not fit for purpose.
Despite stating on their website that if you were unhappy with your purchase you could return it for a full refund. Lumyy made it extremely difficult to return. We have attempted to return the vacumn cleaner and are still awaiting a refund and a response from Lumyy.
1 star is too good for this company.
Useless products, unprofessional conduct and dishonest.

Bunch of scammers who refuse to refund you for faulty goods. They purport to be a UK based company. They arent. They force you to return items to China at your own expense to get a refund. Had to do a bank chargeback in the end to get a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!!!
I ordered an item in October and it has still not been received. I have requested a refund and they just send through emails asking for more time to look into it. I am now 129 days later and they have still not resolved my issue. I have requested the full name and address so that I can issue legal proceedings and they don't even respond to that.

If you choose to order from this company - on your own head be it........

Ordered from what I thought was a UK company tried to cancel and they wouldn’t let me . Product arrived and was sub standard construction and wouldn’t work. Had to get refund via bank as they ignored me . Do NOT use this company

I would give the zero stars if this was an option. I ordered an item which did not arrive after waiting in all day. I was told they would look at resolving the issue, after 29 emails and numerous months, my emails are coming back saying the address does not exist. I feel absolutely devastated that they have kept my hard earned money and sent nothing. For your own sanity, do not use them

Same as the other reviews - product not what was promised. Had to return at great expense to China or agree a refund. No refund ever arrived and now they are uncontactable.

Do NOT go anywhere near this fake company. Website and now emails been taken down but still advertising their products on various sites. Is just ONE BIG SCAM.

I ordered an item, which took weeks to arrive. I needed it for a specific purpose and when it arrived too late, I contacted them and immediately returned it at huge expense. This was despite them advertising free returns. It seems it’s been held at customs for more than two months and the latest email I sent to Lumyy has bounced back. This is a scam. Do not buy from them.

Same as the other reviews, the product was described as fantastic, but when it arrived it wasn’t rubbish, I could not return it to them but had to send back to China at great expense to me. They said they were monitoring its progress through customs that a refund would be on its way soon. Now I can’t contact them. I am more than £100 out of pocket.

Product arrived damaged as not packaged properly. Would not provide a return label for the faulty item. Actual item was not as described, it was a cheap, nasty product that was useless. Lumyy would not give me a refund or provide any means of returning item. I would advise not to purchase from this site, they do not follow our consumer law. I had to contact my credit card company who refunded my money.

The website domain does not exist any longer. After numerous communication with them to recover my money, I had to agree on a 30% return instead of sending the parcel back to them.
The last email received was on 24 January that the money would be paid, however, when I followed back, there was a non-delivery email notification.
After checking the website, there is no longer such.
I beieve this is the end of this lumyy, and we will most likely see them udder different name.
A valuable lesson learned, unfortunately on the back of bad experience.

Useless doorbell. When contacted they keep saying out of time for refund. Brought in november took 3 weeks to get hear. Kept going off in middle of night. Terrible company and causing much stress

Sadly didn't see these reviews before buying walking poles.. well advertised as walking poles, but arrived as a pole, singular.
Same issues about refunds, now stuck in Chinese customs... my losses now sit at around £90...
Website as of today seems to have vanished.

Bought a leaf blower, took ages to arrive in different parts and the battery stopped working after using just 5 charges. Tried contacting company who were very unhelpful and cant even see this type of battery for sale to replace. Steer clear of this firm

Avoid this company. The digital notebook price IS too good to be true. The product took weeks to ship from China and when it arrived it was different to the sales copy and unusable. The company expects you to pay shipping costs to send the product back to China and then pay additional customs duties, and then tell you the haven’t received the product and won’t pay any refund.

I purchased a hairdryer back in October which has not been delivered. I have communicated with them and they simply send automated responses. I have now received over 20 messages from them asking for more time to investigate. I have requested a refund which is not forthcoming - they have taken my money without delivering my product and I'm trying to get it refunded. I KNOW I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I have requested their address details so that legal action can be taken and they are not even prepared to supply that to me.

Do not buy anything from this company. Not only was the delivery slow, but when I received the 'digital notebook' I realised that the product description was very misleading. I requested a refund but it took several emails to get an address in China to return the product, which I did with a covering letter, but that wasn't enough, and they won't pay the refund although they know I returned it. Due to family illness I cannot find the certificate of posting, and they use this as an excuse for not paying a refund. They must have received the notebook so this is just an excuse.

I bought two digital frames for Xmas presents, one worked, the other didn't. I tried to return but they said outside the 30 days return with no exception for Xmas. Reading the reviews they probably may not have refunded anyway. Shoddy and overpriced goods.

Do not use this company - I brought a product. Tried to cancel the order before shipping but was told this was in transit. Item received and returned in November at my expense. The item has been sat in customs now and the company are refusing to provide my refund as they are saying I need to settle customs fees of which Royal Mail have informed me is with the company to resolve. Terrible customer service and they have now stolen my money and the product I have returned.

This is a warning. Never buy from this company. They are a scam. I have been fighting for almost two months to be told that they can’t give me a refund unless I put the faulty product back to Asia! Their communication is terrible. They are awful! Please don’t use them!
