Limited payment options

Where I live we usually use certain local methods, but this casino doesn’t support any of them. Only cards and one e-wallet I don’t like. Feels like they don’t really care about players from my country, so I’ll stick to the ones that do.

No reality checks

Some casinos show a little pop-up every hour telling you how long you’ve played and how much you’ve bet. This one has nothing. I ended up sitting there for three hours straight without really noticing. Would be good to have, especially when losing.

Jackpot banner is misleading

They splash this massive jackpot number on the homepage, but when you click into the actual game it’s a totally different, much smaller jackpot. Apparently the big one is for another network slot hidden somewhere else. Feels like bait.

Jackpot counters glitch

Sometimes the jackpot numbers jump backwards or freeze, then suddenly leap up. Maybe just visual, but when money is involved, that kind of glitch doesn’t inspire confidence.

Live dealers seem bored

In the live casino, dealers rarely talk, no small chat, just monotone dealing. A couple even looked annoyed on camera. That kills the atmosphere completely. I can lose money anywhere, but at least make it feel somewhat social or fun.

Slots feel very tight

I played the same game here and on another casino, same bet size. On the other site I got bonus rounds and some okay hits. Here, almost nothing for like 200 spins. Could be coincidence, sure, but it really put me off this place for good.

Withdrawal fee surprise

I finally managed a small win and went to withdraw 100. Only then I see there’s a fixed fee for my payment method. It’s not huge but it annoyed me because they don’t show it clearly when you choose it, only in some terms page. I’d rather play somewhere that doesn’t nickel and dime everything.

Too many countries blocked

I travel a lot for work and use the same casino accounts wherever I go. This one locks you out in multiple countries, even within Europe. Instead of a clear message, it just doesn’t load properly or gives random errors. Very inconvenient and honestly not worth the effort to keep up with.

Tournament prizes tiny

Their slot tournaments look fun until you see the prize pool. After splitting between many places, you’re fighting for a few euros. Not worth chasing or changing your playstyle for.

VIP manager never replies

I was assigned a so-called VIP host, but when I email him, I either get a generic reply from support or nothing at all. Might as well not have one. It’s just for show.

No clear RTP info

I like to check return to player percentages before choosing games, but here it’s hidden or missing on most slots. You can’t see it easily in the info pages. It makes me wonder if they’re using lower RTP versions or something. Not transparent at all.
