See what reviewers are saying
I get that they need checks, but asking for documents again every time you use a different payment method is just tiring. I’m not sending selfies with cards every month.
Honestly expected much better too many problems for a service im paying for

Withdrawl limit is too low
I won 850, but I'm only able to withdraw 200 a day. That means it will take me more than 4 days to get my winnings. Other casinos let you withdraw more than 200 a day. It feels like they do this on purpose so you gamble it back before you can cash out.
ID rejected then same one accepted
I think the review process is random. I sent my driver’s license for KYC, and got a rejection saying the photo was blurry. Sent the same exact photo two days later, and it was approved.
Thought it would be better
Joined because a friend kept talking about his big win here. Maybe he got lucky once, but for me it was just spin spin spin, balance gone in half an hour. No atmosphere, no feeling, just numbers dropping.
Overcomplicated VIP stuff
They keep talking about their “VIP levels” but the actual benefits are tiny unless you wager crazy amounts. I got into one of the lower tiers and it was just some free spins with massive wagering and a “personal manager” who never answered emails.
Hidden max bet trap
They voided my winnings because I placed “too high bet” while using bonus. That rule was nowhere obvious. I’m not a lawyer, I’m just clicking buttons. Losing is fine, but cancelling a win over such tiny technicality leaves a really bad taste.
UI changes without notice
They suddenly updated the layout one day and all my usual buttons moved. Took me a while to re-learn where things are. I wish they’d at least give an option to keep old style for a bit.
Casino looks shady
Something about the design and constant popups gives scam vibes. I withdrew and left.
Bet buttons too close
On mobile I kept accidentally raising my bet because the plus button is right next to spin. Lost more than intended on a couple of spins that way.
Jackpot dream crushed
Chased their so-called jackpot games for a week, no bonus rounds at all, just watching my balance die slowly and stupidly.
Too many similar slots
Hundreds of games but they all feel the same reskin with different fruit or gems, and none of them actually paid me.
Games removed suddenly
A couple of slots I liked just vanished from the lobby. No notice, nothing. Support just said “provider decision”.
Language support? Not really
They claim multilingual support but when I tried to chat in my language the agent clearly just used an auto-translator, half the sentences were nonsense. Ended up switching to English anyway, so what’s the point of the flag icons.
Glad I tested with small money
Put in just 5 to see if it’s okay, and yeah, it went about how I expected: slow spins, small wins that don’t cover anything, and a pushy bonus popup. At least I learned cheaply that this site isn’t for me.
Too many verification steps
I get that they need checks, but asking for documents again every time you use a different payment method is just tiring. I’m not sending selfies with cards every month.
Unexpected currency conversion
Site shows my currency, but behind the scenes they convert everything to something else and back. I lost a bit on exchange both depositing and withdrawing. It’s not huge, but it’s sneaky, and nowhere clearly stated when you sign up.
Support was just copy paste
Asked about my pending withdrawal and got the same generic answer three times in a row, like they didn’t even read what I wrote. Felt like talking to a wall.
Deposits pending randomly
Most of the time money appears instantly, but twice now it’s been “pending” for half an hour with no explanation. Makes it hard to trust them with bigger amounts.
Complicated account closure
To close account I had to email, then chat, then confirm again. Too many steps.
Confusing VIP system
There’s some loyalty thing with points and levels, but the explanations are vague, and the rewards looked tiny compared to how much you’d have to lose to get them. I didn’t bother pursuing it.
Overly strict document requirements
They refused my utility bill because the logo was in black and white, asked for another one with color logo. That kind of nitpicking made the whole process drag on for days.
