Parcel arrived at their depo 3 days ago and i have yet to receive it!!

We ordered 55 inch TV from lazada and we are waiting more than 10 days to deliver from just 20 KM. when we contact customer services, they informed us that the product size is huge and cant delivers fast. not even allow coming to the warehouse to collect the products directly. I cant understand the logic. lazada also does not help us to get products.
So I never ever use SkyNet and lazada services.

After reading so many bad reviews I was a bit worried however my package arrived on time in perfect condition not everyone has a bad experience with this company

This is the most baddest courier company!There isn't good communication back from the Cape town office, they promise they will get back to you and they didn't. I've been waiting from last week and Wednesday for all three avon packages I've only received one box. Everyday they just say the packages is on it's way to me but I received nothing and what's so irritated they say on the sms, consignee not available but the whole day someone was waiting for them, they've been lying left,right an center!!! The couriers didn't even get hold of you, I recommend this company to nobody, poor service, they will give you more stress!!!

We purchased item on 8/8/22 online in Ireland it is now 17/8/22 and 9days we have been chasing our tails with blanks and repeated "In transit to destination " results.
We are not aware who will deliver the order or when it will be delivered.
The last result was for yesterday 16th and zero results for today 17/8/22.
Zero stars would be better if possible.

Unbelievable incompetence best describes Sky Net.

The most unreliable courier service ever, I'm waiting 3weeks for my parcel, fist they had the excuse that they were robed, today the tracking shows the parcel has been delivered but obviously not to me. I can't explain the amount of anger I'm feeling.

Stunningly awful. Messaged me to say I had to pay for extra custom charges. Made me wait from 9am to 9pm, and still didn't show up. What is wrong with this company?

Bought from PADINI Malaysia, they use SKY NET Courier company. i waited 1 month order 21st MAY 2022, until 23 JUNE 2022 haven't received the order, and they also deliver to the wrong address, and put in their system as item delivered.
SKY NET IS JUST a Worst courier company I've ever experienced. Unreliable, unprofessional. i hope PADINI MALAYSIA don't choose your courier in future.

Why am I getting charged 840.00 for state to state package?Didn't even tell the person it would be this charge.They paid 1600 for it to be delivered that should be enough.Up date it's now the 16th paid the money then said I needed 195.00 dollars for airport security.Paid that now saying I need another 1515.00 for custom fee .Really think this company is a fraud please never use them.

Really disappointed with their service... Tracking number showing out fr delivery on 10th May but until now I nvr rcv my order.Stupid customer service. They hang my call without giving me a proper answer. I truly understand that this is raya season and may take a time. But why the driver need to call us and promise that they will send the goods on 10th May??? Are this is a correct way on how you treat your customers? Really bad service.

Really bad experience. They changed my pick up date and informed me that i have to pay extra costs on delivery too late. Dissapppointed. AVOID!

Useless and unreliable courier! My package never arrived and has the worse customer service I had ever experienced... No reply to multiple emails I sent... Very disrespectful!

I am literally fed-up with this net. There will be no proper net in our home for emergency too it will be no use if we call for help they will not receive the call if they recieve too they don't do proper work it's just waste of our money

They’re simply the worst courier company in the history of courier companies. Kindly boycott them for your peace and sanity cos they’ll frustrate and disappoint you.

Literally the absolute worst shipping company in history. Repeatedly had experiences where my package is missing or lost for months. Try to contact them and no one calls or emails back. Phone lines are always backed up. Can't just pay for duties online simply like other couriers. Try to email them from various provided outlets and I get error messages or emails undelievered. I don't understand why they suck so much. Horrible company. I now avoid shopping with companies that use them as a courier.

Skynet tracking & delivery to UK great.
No probs at all, kept updated at all times, hand over to UK delivery hub..no problems.
My heart sank when I saw awful reviews, didn't hold out much hope !! How wrong to make assumptions. Great Service. Thank you.
