I've ordered a Stanley cup from them. The cup was supposed to be dishwasher safe and a genuine product. After couple of months the paint started to peel off... I contacted them,no one responds despite multiple chasers for over a month. SCAM!

I ordered a labubu and two Stanley and they were all a Scam!
I paid more than 500 dirham!
So don't buy from skyler mart

feels like another scam company, questionable products! For shits & giggles i bought2 of their designed Stanley mugs(not custom) cause they were pretty! Upon inspection of the mugs, the lids seemed low qty not Stanley quality! However their return policy downright sucks! Not only am I to pay for return shipping, they also want to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Your not dealing with companies like Sephora, LuLu Lemon or Aritiza for rtns. Even TEMU is better than this SCAMMING company! BUYER BEWARE!

I find it a nice cup and you know you buy a replica so stop crying! The cups are beautifull!!! And yes they arrive! Nothing wrong with the company !!!

I bought 3 Stanley cups for Valentine's Day, the site stated they would arrive prior to Valentine’s Day. I have not received any tracking in weeks and cannot get any response from this company. I have emailed them and messaged through their site with no response. They took my money; I definitely should have read reviews before purchasing. I was scammed.

So I bought 4 Stanley Quenchers without realizing they were knock-offs since they were 50 euros each, and nowhere on the website does it specify that they are not originals. I immediately contacted them to arrange a return before even getting the items, and they refused to give me return info until I got my order. A few weeks later I got the order, and the items were indeed fake and of poor quality. I asked them again for return instructions and they provided me with a name, a UK address, and a phone number. I followed their instructions, paid 40 euros that they wouldn't cover at all for tracked shipping, and returned the items. However, the delivery to them was unsuccessful because the recipient was unreachable at the address and the phone number they had provided. I even asked them to check on the package because after a month of no communication, I checked the tracking and on the website, it said that there was a problem with the delivery. Still, they did not address it at all, saying that on their tracking website just said that the items were still "in transit".

Throughout this process, I repeatedly contacted their customer service for clarification and assistance. After the failed delivery of my returned order, I contacted them again and explained that I could not afford to pay for another failed return attempt, especially when the failure was entirely their fault, either due to lack of communication with the courier or due to providing me with false information. And of course, after this, they just stopped responding altogether, leaving me with the returned items, out-of-pocket costs (I AM OUT 250 EUROS!), and no resolution. Plus they seemed annoyed with me for trying to get my money back! If I could give them ZERO stars I would! Please do yourself a favour and avoid them at any cost.

I ordered a Stanley cup with accessories before Christmas and still do not have the goods despite being informed that delivery of said goods has failed twice. Bearing in mind that both times the goods were allegedly attempted to be delivered both myself and my daughter were in the house. I contacted Skyler Mart many times to be assured that my goods will be delivered, they were having ‘shipping issues’ absolutely pathetic. I advised them I no longer want the goods as apparently they’re ‘fake’ and I’m no longer willing to wait. I’ve given them another week.
I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, because I would definitely not ordered from them.

I ordered a knock off Stanley Stitch water bottle on November 22nd and it didn't arrive until December 28th. Customer service kept telling me it was shipping but there was no tracking available for the 4.5 weeks. When the "Stanley" knock off arrived the straw in the water bottle does not fit, it is too large. The cup is completely unusable. Does it look cute? Yes, but you can tell it is cheaply made. Paying $35-50 for these bottles is a complete rip-off. I would warn anyone from purchasing from this company. It is not legit.

Ordered 4 Stanleys from them. Only got 2. I reached out multiple times through email and explained they were gifts for my employees. I never got a response from them. Huge waste of money and super frustrating experience.

Item was ordered in 20 November 2024 and still hasn’t arrived. Have emailed several times, no response received and no tracking updates - $100 down the drain

Bought a „ Stanley cup“ LOVESHACKFANCY blue edition .

Got a fake one
The print ist distorted and pixelated. The flowers are just copy pasted. In the original they are not.
The bow is not the same, the straw is clear and not blue. Stinks of plastic.
The quality is not worth the price

Just got a generic response:

Fake items, they sell counterfeit goods and expect you to pay postage to return items when they falsely advertise. They sell counterfeit items that are not functional, Avoid!!!
