I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Baklava Flea Market has been extremely disappointing.
I ordered a BAKLAVA x G-SHOCK GA2100 “Desert King” watch for $220, after waiting months for the drop. The package was marked as delivered, but I never received anything.
I immediately contacted the carrier, and La Poste officially confirmed that the parcel was not delivered and that the sender must open a claim.
Since then, I have been going back and forth with customer support for over a month. Despite providing all the requested documents, I have received no resolution, no replacement, and no refund — only repeated messages saying they are “waiting to hear back from their internal team.”
Sending a $200 item without requiring a signature on delivery is already questionable, but the complete lack of accountability and resolution is unacceptable.
At this point, I have been forced to escalate the issue through my payment provider.
Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.
