First of all, I have to say I love this site for including customs charges. In the past whenever I have ordered something from America and it gets to my house, I am either greeted by UPS drivers who won't give me my package unless I have the exact money or in other cases what feels like a ransom note saying they have my package back at their centre and if I want to see it, I need to fork over the money.

So the fact this sites shows you upfront the charges and includes it within the price is very helpful and less stressful. As well as after the 3 to 4 day processing (getting products shipped to them first from the states) you can have either 48-hour delivery or 24 hours. I went with 24-hour delivery and after they arrived in there hands, it was quickly shipped out and 24 hours later I am wearing my shoes and I love them.

They also keep you up to date with what's going on. You will get a text or email telling you when your products arrive in their hands and also when they shipped it out to you.

The 1 nitpick I have is even though they say they ship with royal mail, it came through DPD and the tracking number I got didn't work. Though I will say I never contacted "Sky High Shoes" about the issues with the tracking number, so I won't mark them down for that because that one is on me.

But I have my shoes with me safe and sound, the fit great and look great and I most certainly will be shopping them again in the future.

Absolutely cannot recommend Sky High Shoes enough. I needed a pair of shoes urgently and customer service was super helpful, speedy, and I received my parcel in time. The team went above and beyond to help me and I could not be more grateful. Definitely shopping here again!
