Due to COVID-19 my shoes got stuck in Germany and were sent back and forth between two cities for more than a week, but i'm a 100% sure if there wasn't this virus messing up everything that they would be delivered on time. Great customer service, i also love how you get updates via e-mail for your package. I've bought the Demonia Shaker 350 boots, they arrived in perfect condition and as i'm used to from Demonias, they are really comfortable. Great site, great products, will buy again. Thank you very much 🖤
