The WORST taxi experience ever
The driver sent to collect us was totally incompetent. He failed to meet us in the terminal building and made us go and meet him in a car park. We had to struggle with large cases through car park barriers and when got to the place he told us he was waiting he was not there. It transpired after almost 10’mins of him insisting we must be I the wrong place that he was actually on the wrong floor.
He then was not aware there were two drop offs and refused to look at the confirmation message you sent me and insisted on calling instead.
When he dropped us of he did not help with cases beyond removing them from the boot of his car
He was also rude to me at one point when I queried why he was sat sending a text whilst I was still in the car.
He virtually ignored us for the entire journey and didn’t have the manners to ask if we minded if he put his window down. He also had headphones in which is is exceptionally rude when there are paying passengers the car.

Pre trip information and communication…
Pre trip information and communication was excellent. David, our driver, contacted me the day before to confirm details and again the morning of departure. My wife forget her bag so we had to go back home again before going to airport and David was very understanding. Keeping within the law he did everything possible to make up the lost time and he got us to the airport on time. Very highly recommended.

Booked and paid for 5 seat taxi to go to airport from hotel , called them at due time to be advised taxi not coming as has broken down will have to find an alternative!! No call to advise us of this in advance leaving us pretty much stranded at 430am struggling to find another at that time in morning!! Not happy with lack of unprofessional way we were treated !!
