I have not ordered from your company…
I have not ordered from your company for a long time. The reason is I ordered items and they were out of stock, this happened 3 times. Instead of giving me a refund right away I had to call or email just to get my money back. The last time was the last straw. Instead of contacting me or just giving me a refund right away my money just sat there. Sadly I love the rings you sell and have 5 rings that are still looking good as the day I bought them. I do not know In short maybe you can change the policy of refunds and exchanges.
