I purchased a Flashforge AD5X from 3D as a Christmas gift for my twin girls. They begged for a 3d printer for Christmas. Once it was opened it was missing all paperwork. Through videos online I was able to assemble unit. Once built I went to power up and there was an issue with the touch screen. It was defective and would not power making unit unusable. I contacted 3D by email, because they have no phone contact, I now know why, to report. Zander with 3D responded within a couple days but has put this on Flashforge to correct. That was December 27 2025, its now January 10, 2026 and nothing has happened. There have been many emails back and forth, but the bottom line here is still no solution. I was forced to dispute the original charge and my bank has now pulled the money from them and put back into my account. I hated doing this, but I felt they have had plenty of time to resolve. I gave 2 stars because they did answer numerous emails timely, but the fact I have a "new" $350 unit that doesn't work for nearly 3 weeks is absolutely unacceptable. My kids are still waiting for their Christmas present. Lesson here is, dont do business with a company that only allows contact via email, no phone numbers. I should have purchased from Amazon, they would have replaced the next day.

Most good reviews are of things that went exactly right. Well, mine is about things that went wrong. I received my printer, set it up and ran a test print. Everything was working as advertised. After about two days, the touch screen failed to work; blank; dead in the water...
from experience, one gets skeptical of 'the Help Desk', so, my expectations weren't particularly high. After about six weeks I was up and running again... during that time I received a touch screen replacement and a motherboard replacement. And, during that time everyone was as helpful and responsive as I could have asked. The people at Phrozen get an A+ for helpfulness and responsiveness... Thanks to everyone...

I have been using this webshop for more than 8 years and purchased 5 diy kits and one fully assembled 3d printer. All are working great in my private 3d printing farm and generates good amount of income from etsy. Their customer service and special offers to returning customers are the factors that makes me to prefer them over any others.

Quick support and the webshop is more user friendly. I have ordered foodbot S2 food 3d printer for my bakery in San Francisco. Received in good condition and it's working great. Kudos to Zander for his excellent customer service.

Prices and after sale services are better than official 3d printer shops. We are happy with our order creatbot f430 which ships on same day and delivered within 2 days. We thought an usual ship from China thing but they shipped this item locally from CA warehouse. Phew! Atlast free from import taxes. We will use this vendor for our regular 3d printer purchases. I have a pleasant experience with this company. Initially I was skeptical after few negative reviews but proceeded anyway with some hope. To my surprise my fysetc prusa kit order got shipped on the same day via ups and received in 2 days. All items are brand new original. 100% genuine shop!
