Please don’t split orders into multiple parcels, or check with the buyer before sending
I am happy with the goods, but the order was split into two parcels and I had to pay double customs duty at the border. I would like this point to be clarified in the future.

Fraudulent AVOID
Fraudulent AVOID! Mediocre Quality clothes for the extortionate prices - Beware about returns. Make sure you send items Track & Signed when returning an item the company claimed it did not receive it, even after sending across proof of postage! (Returns postage may cost £10 as the items weigh a fair amount and this cost will be on you) - Please note, in response to the owner's comments below. The proof of postage had the address in which the item was sent to, as well as a tracking number to show the item was received, but not signed for. From the comment below you can see this is not a company to do business with.

You were happy with the hoodie & wanted an exchange which we did in a quick manner which was then sent out with Tracked Delivery, I understand you then sent the hoodie back to us however we never received it, the proof of postage you sent ourselves was just a receipt from the postage & not proof of postage as there was no tracking number or proof of postage on the receipt you sent us. We always recommend to send it signed for so you have proof of postage & adhere to our website when returning items. Returning an items costs £4.10 for second class delivery which takes 2 days to arrive to ourselves so there is a far cheaper option than the £10 you're suggesting.
