Team Sucasa! You guys have been amazing in terms of flexibility with loan options, and the overall experience has been so smooth so far.

As an ex-BCG consultant, I always have my due diligence hat on (you know, running everything through those analytical lenses), and Lauren has been an absolute gem with heaps of patience with that. She answered all my questions with patience and empathy—truly a star! Being my first home, I really appreciated how she handled my case with so much care, making sure I was informed every step of the way.

Also, I haven’t forgotten my first chat with Mario, where he took the time to break down the whole process in a way that actually made sense to my very “if-else” logic-driven brain. Loved that!

After going around to several lenders (banks and non-banks), we finally found Sucasa. We applied with them and got our pre-approval so quickly - the whole process didn’t even take 5 days! Makes you wonder why the bigger lenders make everything so complicated - Sucasa was simple, quick, transparent and everything we needed!

Sucasa Loans impressed us with their competitive mortgage offerings. While their processing time wasn't as quick as what you might expect from larger, established banks, their attractive loan configurations made the wait worthwhile.

When i first saw Sucasa's offering i had a little suspicion that it was too good to be true. but here I am only a few months later sitting in my own home! Mario was amazing and helpful at every step of the process and this has shaved years off my journey to repurchase a property post-divorce.

They were clear and up front about my purchasing power and at the preapproval stage came through with my budget in mind. When it came to the final approval step it was much easier than dealing with the big4; no need to explain every subscription service or $10 maccas charge. They were just looking for genuine savings and serviceability moving forward.

Sucasa Are Amazing!

Our experience from the initial stages up until settlement was clear, easy and as stress free as possible when purchasing a property. Mario and Marian are very supportive, actively listen to provide the right advice. A much needed loan provider with what they have to offer.

The team at Sucasa were extremely helpful and willing to assist in all aspects of the loan application process. This made for a seamless transition from making an offer through to finance approval. A big thank you to Mario for making it happen!! We would highly recommend Sucasa to those customers who may still be searching the market for the right option.

Alright, this was overall a great experience, so I'll highlight a few things
- Sucasa are great to deal with. I hope they do well as a business because they literally made the impossible possible. You're probably not going to find a lower rate for this type of product. Their digital experience is also well-crafted.
- There's so many questions I had as a first home buyer like, "What does this mean" or "How does this work" and Mario was always super helpful. He always called me back. Pre-approval was quick and smooth. We moved forward my settlement date without any issues. You're one step removed from every part of their business and I hope that transparency stays as they grow. There's no employee three stakeholders deep in a large bank looking at your documents.
- I use a BNPL to budget every now and again and have heard horror stories from friends about banks questioning expenses. Sucasa didn't scrutinise every single one of my spending habits and there was no nickel-and-diming; they're pretty reasonable and open-minded.

We are so happy we found Sucasa! The service we received has been exceptional from the start, and the team has always been available to answer any questions. We couldn't recommend Sucasa enough. Thank you for helping us secure our forever family home.

My partner and I were very early into exploring our options for buying our first home, and we sought pre-approval initially from our bank and also Sucasa to keep our options open. The contrast between the two couldn't be more stark. Mario from Sucasa was engaged and attentive to details and our questions, and the portal for uploading details, required docs etc was smooth. (By contrast, our bank was ad hoc, disjointed, and uninterested). We thought getting a house would take a long time, but we found a house and got our unconditional finance within two months (our engagement with Sucasa started less than 3 weeks ago) - and it was the house we actually wanted. It's all in the hand of the settlement teams now, and we're focussing on packing. Highly recommended.
