Our experience with Sucasa has been fantastic. From the moment we submitted our loan application our loan concierge Lauren has been there to support us every step of the way through the daunting process of buying our first home. The Sucasa team made purchasing my first property a reality, when other brokers told me I couldn't. For context I am in my 30's, single high income, no kids, no big debt, living in Perth and wanting to purchase in the inner-city suburbs. The time required to save the full deposit, would have kept me out of a home for a few years (whilst still having to pay 950/week rent).

PRO: The costs are clear and upfront (you know how much you need to have and when). Interest rates are comparable to the big banks. The process is straight forward, and the team are always available to walk you through it. The option to refinance at any time is also great.

CON: The portal used had some minor glitches. I wasn't always notified of additional request for information.

If you have the income capacity and just don't have the full 20% deposit. This is such a great option. I can't recommend Sucasa enough!

We are incredibly grateful for Sucasa becoming an option when they did. Bucking the trend of the ‘big banks’ and offering products to those who have good incomes and solid careers, makes home ownership a real possibility - a reality we are now living.

At first, it almost seemed too good to be true. A provider that was willing to support those with a smaller deposit than the big banks. After a number of phone conversations with Adam and Mario, we were rest assured that the team and their mission at Sucasa was the real deal. A new trend that will hopefully be a catalyst for change with home loan lending amongst other financial institutes.
