Recently purchased our first home with Sucasa as our lender and we are so happy with the experience. We did have a mortgage broker as well but Sucasa worked with us and our deposit amount (less then 20%) to secure us our home with minimal overheads such as LMI etc highly recommend!

While scrolling my phone I came cross with this add Sucasa home loan . They can refinance upto 98% LVR I tried to contact them .They checked all my details and said they might able to help me .
I sent all the documents through . They took few days to tell me if they can or can’t help
Usually they take a day or 2 to respond back it’s quite long when you needs to put the application through .
I personally believe there team is very inexperienced and lack of knowledge
I have full time job making good money
I’m with pepper money for home loan paying higher interest rate 8.34% and I have personal loan with other lender Both loans upto date not a single payment missed.
After checking the servicebility they(Sucasa) said I can’t afford to service the loan . It really clicks if I can afford to pay 8.34% to pepper how come I can’t afford 5.80% the lower amount. It didn’t make sense to me at all .unreal answer from credit team .(it’s funny and strange .( There calculation sucks )
I ask them to review it but they already made their mind not to refinance for me
They said team looking at it again but came up with another excuse and they want to credit check beforehand and later on they decide if they can offer me loan or not
Which can damage my credit file and lower my credit score
And they can easily say no to me after
They are lack of knowledge
Careful guys find better options there are plenty in market

1. Sucasa team were flexible and accommodative to our requests.
2. The turnaround time around loan processing and feedback as well as replies to our queries was very quick.
3. Their mortgage rates as well as % of financing is very competitive.

From initial application to final settlement, Edgar and his team supported me throughout. I could not fault them with their due diligence, guiding me through the process and also speeding up the process due to demands from solicitors. Very happy with their help overall and happy to be in my new home.

I would like to share my home loan Journey with Sucasa! I came to know through fb and just started my application. Rest is a happened Like Magic! Got my pre approval with a day which I was totally surprised! I had a different opinion about a Digital Lenders. But SUCASA is always helpful and got prompt response.

They never bothered Genuine saving, probation etc where other banks are usually considering!

As I write this from our newly purchased home, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible support and service we received from Sucasa throughout our buying journey. The truth is, Edgar and the team made this possible.

They may be a small, non-bank lender but that’s exactly their strength. They offer loans that the big players wouldn’t even consider! To get a comparable rate elsewhere, we would’ve needed a deposit four times larger, which just wasn’t realistic.

Sucasa helped us every step of the way. From one easy online application, just few days passed and we received our conditional approval. We weren't expecting it considering we just arrived in December 2024, started my job in February 2025 but Sucasa made it happen! At first we were kind of hesitant if we will proceed since we are still thinking if we are ready to pay more than what we are currently renting. When we received an email from Sucasa reminding we only have 45 days left to get a contract that's where we realised let's do it. Soon enough we found the property and got the contract. From there, I will vouch Sucasa was very helpful, supportive every time I have concerns and enquiries. Right from the very beginning the whole experience was just fantastic! Every single person that was involved was efficient, informative & super friendly. No matter how many questions or how silly the question it was answered without delay & without judgement. It took me 7 months to find my property (W.A market is crazy atm) & they regularly checked in without pressure to see how I was going. Honestly seemed to good to be true but I am now happily living in my own property which I thought would never happen for me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you everyone at Sucasa.
