I’ve been using Skintific products for a while now, and I’m honestly impressed! The formulas feel lightweight on the skin but still super hydrating. My skin looks smoother, brighter, and healthier overall. I especially love how gentle the products are even for sensitive skin, they don’t cause irritation. The packaging is also clean and aesthetic, which is a nice bonus. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for effective and affordable skincare!

I didn't get my order! Until now 37 days pass after pay money, I receive only auto reply mail to wait&wait, in progress investigate, not any plan to return my money back.
I try to follow every 5 days but seem I talk to AI.

That really bad process to follow up to get my money back fron Skintific.

they did not handle my complaint accordingly not buying again

I fall for all these new makeup trends and they are always a fail. I absolutely love Skintific. It goes om so smoothly and clean. You don’t need a lot either unless you want cakey makeup. I am fair skin but I use the vanilla and it compliments my skin. Covers up imperfections. I am going to buy more!!! Great creamy texture no scent. Clean beautiful makeup.

Never recieved item, never recieved any help recovering item, no help what so ever. Auto replies then ghosted without any conclusion. No refund. Stole money. Avoid

The product itself was AMAZING! Looked gorgeous on my skin and felt wonderful. The customer service however, was lacking. I received the “Cover Glow Perfect Cushion” in the wrong shade. I was certain I chose “Petal”, which was the shade of the other products I ordered. I immediately noticed and emailed the company but was told that it was basically my problem and I will have to buy the correct color again. Love the product, customer service is severely lacking. I was hoping for at least a compromise but nope.

Beyond expectations!! I have youthful daily glow with Skintific cushion foundation. I can wear less make up and looks so naturally glowing!!

Their customer service sucks do not purchase anything from this company I will never spend my time or money on any of their products. My product came damaged and they refused to refund me my money. I emailed to get a refund and it took them multiple emails and days to get back to me just to say I wouldn’t be able to get a refund even though my product was damaged. So I’m stuck with a damaged broken product I will never use.

I once visited the website for my wife and started filling the form for a new account. But my wife did not need the product anymore so I did not submitted the form and closed the page.

Later I received an email to confirm my subscription, which means they collected my data anyway.
Now a few days later, I started receiving promotion emails, even though I did not subscribe.

This is abuse and should be reported.

Absolutely incredible formula! It not only looks like your skin, it feels so natural wearing it! It's my new go to foundation!
