scammed me over a 10 dollar skin, went to there support page and they try to make it my fault that I went through the entire process and when i trade my skins in they cancel the item i bought

Works evertime and fast for transactions that i hav done

I recently bought an ak-47 vulcan ft for below market price, it was fast and im very glad that i choose this site. Keep up the good habit and im gonna buy more!

I was told i had to accept a trade offer even without knowing the float of the item. When i get the item i see the float is horrible compared to the price of the item on their site. The skin itself was 2x the price on their site making me potentially lose about 500 dollars on this 1 trade alone. Asked customer service how this could be without any real response other than i would get banned if i reversed the trade. Would never recommend anyone using this site for any skinswaps ever.

If your looking forward to buy from insta bots they don’t work
I told support several times and they didn’t fixed it.
Insta works only for high prices
Not low prices like cases
I don’t see a point insta being in the cases and cheap sections since skinswap doesn’t care about customers that much

I haven't had any problems with Skinswap. I regularly buy my skins there, and even when a transaction fails, which happened to me once, the support is very quick and helpful.

The head admin is off most Wednesday's and Thursdays, so if you deposit money on these days it'll take almost 3 full days to even be able to use your money that they already take out of your bank. So you'll miss the skin you intended to purchase because it'll be gone at that price after the 3 day wait. I know this for a fact and have multiple screenshots from two Thursdays in a row of their support team verbally telling me this. (that the head admin is not in and so no money can be approved.)
So please don't reply to this acting like its not true. Fix your site/approval process, or keep getting 1 star reviews. Thanks Skylar.

amazing customer service and easy/simple website

i traded for a talon knife and i got a shit float paid 1.8k for it got a scratched knife because they cant display float ?!? any other sites you can see the float dont bother trading here

The trade it was fast. First you need to sent your items and then in seconds you receive what you chose.

A smooth process, quick and painless.

the site is okay I guess, but watch out for the transaction costs. They show you an transaction cost amount but that is not what you are actually paying. The support will just tell you it is an extra transaction cost not on their side. but my bank statement shows no extra fees and the payment processor is the same as csfloat. The issue however only show itself with this site. The support will just keep telling you it is not their problem, but I think it is.

So they cannot także the thruf and the only thing taht can day do is crying :((

Very bad support, I deposited 16 usd into the site with crypto, I didnt receive it. Support didnt help me 1 bit, only said "admin will help" and that he will come within 24 hours. It was 48 hours later that the admin asked for the txid, didnt even look at the chats before when i sent it. Afterwards when I saw the message and responded I have to wait a huge ammout of time again. Not reccomended, I feel scammed, they havent given me my money. (AS OF 4/14/2026 IT HASNT BEEN SOLVED !!! THEY ARE LYING !!! I HAVE ALL THE PROOF)

Deposited around $300, has been over 12+ hours on waiting for approval, the staff is useless, never responds, and the admin is never online.

Worked great only problem with peer to peer trading as I didn't get my killowate case
