Horrible experience hair laser machines not as effective , staff not trained and very pushy , service not pleasant and front desk rude and laud you can hear all conversations from the rooms I am not going back

Good that you stricktly do not double dip. However, the Brazilian waxing was done pioly, wayy too many hair were left (not because they were short, they were quite long, but simply because it was done badly) despite me saying twice that it wad not done properly

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had 4 waxes there, only one was done correctly. All other waxes left behind hair, wax, and 2 waxers double dipped. Only one used hard wax at all. And they all try to upsell through the entire appointment. They often do not answer their phone, although they do respond to email within 24 hours. Front desk staff is nice and will make suggestions when asked. However- I tried to call twice to cancel an appointment, could not get through and no voicemail. I emailed but it was now less than 24 hours. For physical reasons beyond my control and completely unsanitary to getting waxed I requested to rebook appointment. They basically emailed back "sorry, but we have to charge you". I told them they were not authorized to charge my card but they did so anyway. Guess being a repeat customer who buys numerous waxes at once means nothing to them. Guess I should have just shown up and forced their employee to wax my very personal and private parts and just bled out all over her and the table- making her happy and the the customer behind me in for a real treat? But no- I get charged because they are inflexible and don't value a customer relation. That's ok. It is NYC. I will move on and get a better and more hygienic waxer in the process.

Great spa, the staff are incredible and friendly. i am definitely coming back here, felt very relaxed when I left.

Very professional staff. I have been to Skin Spa many times now for facials and I have had different people do them. I have been pleased every time. My skin feels and looks great afterwards!

Great customer service and they have good/updated machines that make the results even better that other smaller aesthetics places in NY.

Facial was only about 35 minutes, when was suppose to have 50 minutes. The Aesthetician started late. Also, no neck massage, and the hand arm was more of a rub than massage. Extractions left bruises on my face.
