Maria is awesome for Laser Genesis. She used just the right intensity on me. Even with the typical post laser redness, the next morning I looked in the mirror and was like 'damn my skin looks great!'

Kelly was my facialist and she was terrific! I booked another appointment with her immediately following this one.

They're okay. It depends on which person does the particular service, so once you find someone who's good at waxing or massage or facials, stick with them.

They market products and services too heavily at times, when you're in a massage and just want to relax. The decor in the individual rooms could be more zen, less spartan, but they are always clean. And the music, the music could so easily be changed to a nice atmospheric rotation. It boggles my mind they've been playing the same songs for years.

Scheduling is usually easy and importantly, there is slways some promotion going on. Their packages are great, you really do walk out saving.

It makes no sense to me though that they don't allow you to give one of your package services to someone else. To me that's just obvious. If my friend likes it, she's telling her friends and coming back. And I already paid for the service anyway, so...what's the problem? What does skinspa lose? Yeah, so reception can be too snooty and persnickety at times.

Yae is the best lady for massage in Skin Spa New York. She is always busy in the massage of different customers that is why before going there I always booked her in advance. The massage of other staff members is also good but I got satisfied with the massage of Yael. Love you Yael.

My girlfriend got her first wax done with diva a few months back and it was less painful than she was expecting . She told me santi really makes sure it's as quick and painless as possible.She's also super friendly and makes you feel really comfortable.It's also great value!!!

It was an amazing experience with Li and Yael. As always Li never disappoints with her massages. This was my first time with Yael and didn't even realize she was doing extractions. She has the best hands for a facial. I already booked them both for next month.

I’ve used Skin Spa for facials and they are fantastic. Tried a massage today for the first time and I left the 60 min massage after 15 minutes. Therapist was just rubbing lotion into skin. No massage of muscles or technique in any way.

Skin Spa is one of the best spas for real massages by well trained professional masseuses. With that in mind Thaddeus excels even in that group. He should the master trainer for Skin Spa.
