Since I have to provide a star

Since I have to provide a star - my choice is truly zero.

I asked to cancel this service and they choose to ignore my requests! They will absolutely scam you and fraudulently charge you.

I have the screenshots to prove it.

Then after they agreed to cancel a week after my initial request and ignoring every thing I had said and requested they proceeded to tell me they proved a service which they NEVER provided. And then charged my bank card again.
Their response to charging my card a second time? Couldn't be them because when you cancel they remove your card information.

Again came with proof to show them the charge and then they said it was a charge from cancelling?!?!! So they lied just like they tried to gaslight me about when I cancelled.

I have over a weeks worth of screenshots where you can see how they are an absolute scam and will fraud you.

Wonderful Company

Wonderful app, customer service, and medical team. The communication- service and even technology was perfect. The only reason I’m leaving is due to price. I wouldn’t have shopped around but after my husband accidentally threw away a months worth of medicine- it caused me to shop around before investing even more. Called to cancel and Jimmabelle Llanes was excellent and helpful! I might be back….

Absolutely do not use them

Absolutely do not use them! I reached out because my prescription wasn’t right and it arrived a day late and hot. They responded with saying there was nothing they could do as it wasn’t delayed. They didn’t even bother to actually look at the tracking and see that there were two trackings listed under the same number showing it was in fact a day late and was definitely above the safe temp! I have my BSN and know when a temp of a medication is not safe. For them to not even look fully into and tell me to still use it is insanely messed up! This is what they responded with

Hi Mallery, we've received a response from the pharmacy regarding your concern about the warm vial. According to the pharmacy, since the package was not delayed, the vial was not exposed to warm temperatures for an extended period. They have advised that the vial is still safe to use. Please place it in the refrigerator as soon as possible. For your reference, the vials we supply can withstand temperatures of up to 86°F for approximately 21-56 consecutive days before the product becomes no longer viable. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you.

Yet the package was delayed, the dosage was WRONG and the vial was way too warm to use! Definitely plan to report this further as it’s beyond unsafe practice!

One of My Favorite Companies to Deal With

This is one of my favorite companies. Replies to my questions are given quickly, and staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate their excellent customer service as that is what is lacking in other companies today!

Love SkinnyRx

Love SkinnyRx, originally was skeptical of their company given they weren’t widely known, but have only been met with professionalism and honesty regarding their products as well as certified physicians license numbers and regulations on the pharmacies and pharmaceutical products they use. Lost twenty pounds on the four month semaglutide bundle so far and now plan on switching to the tirezaptide. Spoke with Christian today who was HIPPA compliant and assured that the information that was being disclosed was going to the right person. He immediately called back once I accidentally disconnected and summarized what we talked about, eager to answer any further questions I had. I don’t typically leave reviews, but wanted to support this hidden gem of a company.

Excellent customer service

Cyr I was an excellent service representative, answered all my questions quickly and promptly regarding my dosage concerns. I appreciated the effort and clarity at which Cyr I provided information and I would definitely call again with any questions.
