Clickbait used to sign up

I never signed up for this website, they used clickbait to sign me up, I "won" an I-phone and was only supposed to pay for the delivery fees, now they are taking money from my bank account that I don't have, I would like the company to refund me my money

AWARE : UNWANTED MEMBERSHIP

I ordered a software licence from mskauf.de and what I finally got after purchase was an unwanted membership, which was never a case/option for skinformula4you.
Bundesnetzagentur and others are already informed. I hope those people will move right into jail

Watch out for unwanted membership

I was offered a gift set from Rituals for 2 euros through another website, but after I paid, I found out that I had signed up for a membership with skinformula4you. For this unwanted membership, nearly 70 euros would be automatically deducted from my credit card every month. In short, you get tricked.
