Good experience great things

I have been using the products I ordered for a few weeks now and I’m happy to say that although it is an early stage, they deliver the minimum required - they do not irritate or break out my skin and they are super hydrating. I have been using Anua pdrn serum for a month now and ordered a few products from SkinCupid to complement my rosacea routine. So far so good. SkinCupid is my place to go now as the products are great quality and at the same time they won’t break your pocket. This rare combination is what drove me to SkinCupid and why I will be back shopping with them again :-) Summer deals are really good - please let them last!

I received my products and all was good apart from with one product, the pump had broken. I emailed Skin Cupid and they replied promptly and kindly sent me a new one. So far, a very good company to purchase from. I've only tried one product and it's been really good so far.

I love skin cupid every time I visit London. They have ALL of my favorite skin care products that I just cannot find anywhere else, and they always have travel sizes for Me to try before I decide on the regular sized products. Finally, they have amazing customer service. They truly are so warm and welcoming to Me as a returning client, also providing tips and points to use with purchases ! Deserving of 5 stars all the way !

If you spend over £40 you get a chance to use the claw machine, first time doing it in store and I won.

I had a great experience with Skin Cupid. My order arrived quickly, was packaged with care and everything was exactly as described. The customer service team was responsive about a certain product I was looking for but sadly they dont offer it yet. I also appreciated the skincare samples included with my order. Overall, I’m very happy with the service thats why I keep on ordering from Skin Cupid.

Skin Cupid has great service, I’ve ordered some of their products and they were , great, I love the shampoo, smells so nice.
One of the item was missing, but they responded quickly and replaced immediately. I would love shopping again, at Skin Cupid. Especially for slightly heavy items like , shampoos and treatments.
I highly recommend Skin Cupid.

The website isn't too hard to navigate and I enjoy getting my beauty of Joseon sunscreens here.
My package is usually arrived a week or two after I order them and I've never had a problem with the package being damaged or any of the products being damaged.
I also appreciate the free sample skin care products they have and the biodegradable packing peanuts.

Good products but poor customer service, as long as you don’t have any issues they’re all good
