the customer service was terrible
the customer service was terrible. My order was delivered but not to my address. I contacted customer service a few times already. I've submitted all the docs they required. It's been more than a week and still no response.

Great Discount on Fav Products
I was so happy to see the great discounts on a couple of my favorite products. The on line purchase was super easy and I loved that the discount code actually matched the offer sent via email. So many times you get to the checkout and find out the discount code advertised doesn’t apply. Very satisfied with the entire process as I hadn’t used Skincare RX in a long time!

Beware! Scam
On October 18, 2022 I reached out to SkinCareRx to request a refund of $78.18 because the moisturizers that I purchased on September 30, 2022 were breaking out my face. I was told that I would receive a reply within 3 business days. I reached out to SkinCareRx again on October 30, 2022, and again on November 8, 2022. Each time, SkinCareRx responded that they would let their quality team “investigate” and would get back to me in the next 3 to 5 working days. To date, I am still not getting any results to obtain a refund. I think this business is a scam. Beware!
