All good great service only issue was on the online form where I had to put 0 into the street number session even though the delivery address does not have a street number. Highly recommended.

I never received the item and was…
I never received the item and was devastated. I emailed and spoke to a very rude man on the phone. I have my emails as proof. He said it’s my fault the package did not arrive I was actually crying. It seems to have sent to cork city not co cork. These boots were so expensive too for my little girls birthday. He had me in tears. Totally defensive from the outset and I have worked in customer services myself for many years. To be honest I was so shocked. He said if I did not get them nothing can be done refunded me €6 and closed the ticket.

Great customer service and products
Great customer service and products. Very fast delivery also. I ordered online Rios for my 8 year old. I was unsure of the size I ordered even though I followed guidelines so I emailed the team in Skatepro and they replied quickly saying they will keep my order as is because they believed it to be correct for my daughters shoe size, and they were totally right. Very happy with the product and service.
