THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
I ordered a pair of boots and they were delivered to my home but left outside, no signed for and no taken back to sorting office as i was out. Some Scallywag decided they wanted them....
I have been emailing (30+) lots and they have decided to ignore me, i have been very patient and polite. I managed toget through on the phone on 3 occasions and each person said they are sorry and will get someone to call me NOTHING!! i have no boots and out of pocket for £160 how is this fair? im this close to walking on the shop and making a scene!!! Grrrr
When you order from these people you'll get no updates or information about where your order is or when to expect it. They use a drop shipper and pass your order on, when they can be bothered. Long delivery times and no info. On the plus side I did manage to get through by phone and they are very polite. I messed up and should have read the reviews first for this company because they have an awful reputation. Go to Ollies Skate Shop, they are wonderful lovely people who care, have real stock and ship quickly.
If you are after crumbling boxes of dinosaur kids shoes, Xtreme pencil cases and dusty 10 year old little girls leotards then this is the place for you. A 'Skate Shop' with a misleading outside turns out to only sell the equivalent of action man children's skateboards.
Though the customer service was decent my order which was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 days took a month to come and only after me calling once a week to check on it and being told each time they are on their way or being resent. At least one of these times this was a lie because I was told they had previously been on the way and then was told that actually the manufacturer sent the wrong colour and they would soon be sent. Disappointed overall. Would recommend not ordering online but going in store instead if possible.
Ordered brand name pads. Received cheap Chinese no name brand junk.
Don't waste your time these are rip-off merchants.
Ordered plates from this website on the 29th May, still haven’t received them. Emailed on the 10th June to check everything was okay with my order and got no response. Emailed a couple of days later to request a refund as I’d bought the plates elsewhere and still to this day not received a refund. Currently going through my bank to get my money back!
I live in Ireland and I have just received my skates I ordered 2 weeks ago. The price was excellent and customer service second to none. I was almost put off ordering on account of some negative reviews but am so glad I took the chance.
I will definitely be back. Treasa Walsh
terrible customer service.
ordered jam plugs, toe caps, and haven't arrived 7 days past the expected. will not respond to phone calls.
I think past bad review is fake and left by a competitor.
I received excellent polite service.I got good advice on which skates to buy.The skates were not in stock but were ordered and I was phoned the next day to say they were in stock.
The skates were fitted with special brakes as I requested.
I was treated as a valued customer by knowledgeable staff unlike other dealers I had visited.
I would absolutely recommend.
Do not buy from here shocking customer services and wont receive your product you will receive fake tracking I had two tracking for 2 companys both never worked
