I am appalled by SkandiaMäklarna and their unethical use of hidden bids. This shady practice exploits buyers and lacks any transparency. Their manipulation of the market is unacceptable. I urge everyone to avoid SkandiaMäklarna until they adopt fair and open bidding processes. Don't support agents who undermine honest buyers with dishonest tactics.

After visiting some real estate in the region, totally outside of our criteria (and despite having given very precise details on what we were looking for) we finally found ourselves in the mountains in a mango crop because the salesperson did not had any idea of her sector (probably more accustomed to Eucalyptus from Australia) we finally visited a new promotion from AEDAS that we knew perfectly. (We didn't need a real estate agent to go there!) and finally more concerned about her family life, I, one day, received an email from the agency telling me that from now on I had to deal with a new salesperson. The old one NEVER notified me personally about this change and the new one never called me! What a shame ! I have rarely seen such amateurism. And now they claim to get 5% commission. I'll make sure that won't be the case. Avoid this agency! Shameless !

Skandiamäklarna in Huddinge has given me a very helpful and excellent service. The real estate expertise of Oscar Bergman is beyond 5 stars. He has been with us all the way, guides us in every step in the selling process, quick in responding to requests and communicates in the best way possible. I did my research before choosing a real estate agent, and had personal meetings with 4 agents in total. Oscar is knowledgeable, patient, helpful, fast - what more can we ask for? I had my apartment sold within a short time period at a fair price, despite the very unstable real estate market due to economic uncertainties. Thank you, Oscar. If we sell again in the future, there is no doubt which agent we will ask to help us.
