Hi 1st would like to thank Johanna Markbäck Zeilon Mäklare in Solna & Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, I had few issues with the buyer side and the bank loan!! At the beginning of my purchase signing the contract, But still though the process not complete still have time to get possession of the property end of this month, I describe about our situation, I had a very little time when signing the contract given by the property owner, we were hesitate to sign the contract around 09:30 pm, that time printer was not working due to some error! Johanna Markbäck Zeilon Mäklare her self even want to helped us requesting the owner to postpone on sighing contract on Monday, But the property owner not agreed to do so!! Anyhow signed the contract and we requested the property owner later can we able to come for a viewing 2nd time due to we had a very little time at the 1st time of object viewing send by message and he very rudely denied and replied, But we contacted through Johanna Markbäck Zeilon Mäklare to the property owner and find time slot!! but the owner was replied back its only possible on September unfortunately one month gone now it`s October and still owner keeping silent, we face much difficulties from the property owner side including moving date, like keep on swapping date and also giving irrelevant answers all these time, All this time Johanna Markbäck Zeilon Mäklare trying to help us!! To be honest as buyer everyone has dream about their home when buy property in new place and new country, and also face some difficulties arranging the money for down payment not so easy task which is big handsome money, to the current situation interest rate also went sky high either way it`s not in our hand so that’s fine, But the bank loan process I sincerely think that we will get some help from the Johanna Markbäck Zeilon Mäklare & Svensk Fastighetsförmedling for further process and other things too,.
I am sure Johanna Markbäck Zeilon Mäklare right person for the job as a mäklare in Svensk Fastighetsförmedling and she commit to finish her work dually won`t disappoint any one buyer or the seller…

i had a very bad experience with this company in stockholm..

I was tricked into signing a contract. When I protested tat the trade date on the contract was to late the agent assured me it was only preliminary and that can be changed later.

In their defense I did not read the contract properly and/or I trusted the agent who was working against my benefit.

Next time i am going to sell an apartment on my own trogh service where one can sell a property without an agent.
