Very friendly customer service at Dublin Airport, quick,easy and unstandable explanations about the rental, prises and conditions at pick up. Car was clean, technical in top shape and good to drive.
Car return was also easy by the given directions and the uncomplicated customer service at Dublin Airport.

When picking up a car at an airport, I hope to be on my way as soon as possible. After queuing for a short time, the process of form filling, transferring to the vehicle, and getting under way went smoothly. That’s all I hope for, and it’s nice when everything works well.

Peter S was great. He gave us some great tips about where to go for the first part of the day before check in. We are glad he did otherwise we really wouldnt have had time to go. We loved the car, and would definitely use Sixt Cork again

Always my go-to when renting a car in Ireland. Pickup process is quick and as easy as possible. The staff is always so friendly and helpful

Car hire is expensive in Ireland, but Sixt are pretty competitive. I had a Skoda Scala automatic for 5 days at a cost of £520. Picked it up at Dublin airport (where Kevin was very helpful) and dropped it off at Cork airport where the experience wasn't as good. This was largely down to there being one person there who was moving cars around and cleaning them - the office was locked. I've used Sixt for a number of years (largely in California) and I will continue to do so.

Please be careful with this company—they stole our money. The airport manager made us return the car, which had room for seven people, even though there were only six of us. He forced us to return the car immediately and didn't refund our money.

It was easy to pick up the car at the airport, and a shuttle to the Rental Site was provided. In general the staff at the airport was knowlegable and we felt well supported.
Returning the car was also quite simple and without any issues.
So far I never had problems with Sixt and mostly pleasant encounters.

I was incorrectly accused of damaging a vehicle and told I may owe money, which was completely untrue. I responded immediately with evidence and never received any follow-up or resolution.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. Putting customers under that level of stress over unsubstantiated claims is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience.

I am extremely satisfied with my rental experience. The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The booking was easy, the staff was professional and helpful, and the vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this service and will use it again in the future.
