The representatives from Sitges branch in Spain was excellent and gave us great confidence in the car rental. I could not find another way to rent or buy a car in Spain, and SIXT was the perfect solution.
Excellent customer service from Kawty! She had everything prepared for us in advance and even kindly confirmed she would wait beyond closing time, as we were landing and coming directly from the airport. Truly professional, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!
First time renting long term. It’s perfect alternative to buying a car. Service and experience was great in the office. Kevin was very helpful and explained everything. NEVER USE SIXT+ ITS A PURE SCAM. They will overcharge you, dont answer your call when you contact them to ask why they overcharged you and their customer service is next to non-existent.
I can say, that is the most wonderful experience I had with a rent a car. The office in Girona has demonstrated seriuousness and professionality. The cars I rented was clean, almost new and in the perfect status.
