This product is the best vacuum cleaner we have ever owned - In its class / style & size - It out performs the Shark & Dyson which are very similar vacs - But the SixPad is far lighter with an approx 20% more powerful suction - Our SixPad is the only vac of this style & design that removes fluff off our shag pile carpets - We have just ordered our second SixPad - We keep one upstairs & one down stairs - Apart from the fact it is the only vac does what it says it will do it is less than half the price of the Shark & Dyson models - £180 delivered - The only criticism we have is the battery does not last as long as the Shark & Dyson's but that can be sorted out via a spare battery - But at present SixPad battery's have been sold out for several weeks - But if that's the only criticism then that's it because it has not deterred us from ordering our 2nd SixPad.

Great vacuum and even better after sales service

Excellent vacuum but early days so cannot vouch for longevity however the mark of a good company is there after sales service and that I can only describe as excellent . The charger went missing and I contacted them to purchase a replacement but they insisted on sending a new one for free.

The best hoover I've ever used

The hoover is good at picking up,but…

The hoover is good at picking up,but very poorly designed.The battery slides in underneath so can easily fall out which is what happened to me this damaged one of the grooves that the battery slides into so now if it comes loose on the broken side it shorts the battery and we have to charge it even if it didnt need it.The other thing is it will not stand up so have to take the battery off to stop it falling over.I had trouble getting the dust collector off to empty it and the tube joined were it bends completely came out luckily the wire inside did not snap.Now held together with strong tape.The light on the battery while charging is very small. Why it couldnt be bigger I dont know.Very dissapointed with the hoover and wouldnt buy another from this company.

The best hoover I've ever used. I have 7 cats so hairs are a real problem. It hoovered them up in record time. Also very quiet. I would never go back to my old hoover (A Dyson Animal). Also the price of the SIXPAD was amazing. Love it.

Don’t waste your money

We’ve had our Sixpad vac for 6 months rather than another GTech and wished we’d never wasted money on it.
Our Golden Retriever leaves dog hair everywhere and the Sixpad can’t handle it. After a few minutes it blocks up at the nozzle behind the brush head. Clear it and soon after it blocks again. This cycle is repeated again and again. Sixpad aren’t interested.
Buy one of these with a dog and you’ll regret it. Poor design and insufficient suction.

Great product

Great product, very pleased with the performance. Very good suction, I needed a powerful cordless as I have pets. Had previously used other top branded cordless vacuums but had complications. This one does the job. Low noise too. And very easy to use. Had a small issue so had to contact customer service. They was absolutely brilliant. Very understanding. Good communication. I highly recommend this product. And great aftercare.
