Firstly the vacuum cleaner I purchased from SIXPAD is by far the best I have ever had, beating my experience with Dyson, Shark and a whole host of other makes knocking them all out of the park. Secondly the whole team behind this glorious machine are second to none with excellent support and such friendly advice you almost feel your dealing with a good friend. In all I can't recommend this product and it's whole company enough.

I bought this vacuum believing it to be of Danish/ Europeas in original. It was made in China. Neatly packaged but I didn't even assemble it as I realised I could not manipulate the dust bucket and filters and the hose connectors looked flimsy. There also was a very limited guaratee. They communicated well and eventually agreed to a return. Returned at my cost with an additional 15% fee

I had an issue when using the vacuum. It would start then flash red for a blockage. I stripped the machine down and checked every section for a blockage but could find nothing. My husband also checked. I advised Sixpad of my problem and sent a short video. They asked me to check everything again which I did to no avail. They have sent me a replacement unit which I received yesterday. The customer service throughout was exceptional.

Firstly the sixpad is a great cordless vacuum. I managed to damage the battery when I knocked the vacuum over. Despite the damage being my fault sixpad have very kindly offered to send me FREE replacement.
That's what I call customer service.

Delivery was first class and ahead of time. The product is well made, very easy to assemble and change tools and performance is first class. Overall a quality product with performance as good as my previous Dyson. Excellent value for money

We were fed up with more expensive hoovers not delivering so decided to give this company a go. The hoover was delivered without any fuss and in quick time. It is working well and it is so good that you can clean the filters easily even thought we have a home with 2 dogs and one cat so quite a bit of fur. We lost one of the filters but the company have offered to send through a replacement free of charge, thank you. Its worth a try😊

It’s exactly the same as the £30 cheapie we got from the middle of Lidl only costing £149 moredo I feel scammed? Yes I do as we’re trying to get a refund and now are putting barriers in our way? please, please please do not trust trust buyers website and the review on Mr andrew Collins as I think the AI produced. you have now sent us another email offering us a measly £50 back if I remove the trust pilot review and keep the product as mentioned the product is an extremely poor quality and all we asked for is the details to send it back for a full refund to which you still haven’t supplied. You have now sent me an email requesting the order number which is S15222 and it was ordered in my wife’s name which is Christine Dentus must say that after the initial issues trying to contact six pad they have honoured the commitment to refund us the full amount and supplying return pick up which is great thank you very much. I think the product is slightly overpriced and aiming too high, a place in the market with the quality of the goods but I wish you well for the future. I’ve now raised it up to 3 stars for the sheer fact that they honoured the returns but if you are looking for a Dyson type Hoover of that sort of quality which was what we were looking at this isn’t the product for you this is comparable to our previously Lidl‘s Island wonder cordless vacuum cleaner

Its a great product and when the flexi pipe split in the brush head, we sent an image of it, and they despatched a new brush assembly right away. They also communicated well and provided tracking information to us. Happy customer!

What an excellent customer service this company has. I have never come across a company that has this high level of aftercare service. I had a slight issue with my product but I contacted them and nothing was a problem. They immediately got me a replacement part sent out. They kept me up to date with the delivery. We love our vacuum cleaner, early this month the hose split in the brush split. I contacted the supplier and they asked me to send a photo.
They replaced the brush without any problems, they apologised for the inconvenience it caused but assured use all the way through that the part would be with us.
Can't fault this company for a great product and fantastic after care service.... WELL DONE to everyone concerned.

I love my Sixpad!
Great suction, which is controllable, meaning that the battery has a long life between charges. The best feature is its light weight, easing the strain on my back. The Customer Services department was great when I misplaced the charger, immediately replacing it free of charge. A great product and company!

We had two tiny bits of plastic on the main pipe of our cordless vacuum snap where it hinges and so stopping it from locking it in place and effectively making it useless. I contacted SIXPAD to explain the issue and they provided a replacement pipe extremely quickly and without any discussion. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, I was very grateful and impressed.

Sadly I have had nothing but issues with my hoover, firstly the tube snapped it was replaced which is great then the battery failed waited for a new battery worked for 10 minutes and battery has failed again, have sent a few emails and they keep being rejected by recipient, so sorry this my only way of contacting now, I have been without a hoover for a few months due to this
