One star is way too much.. received the item ,nothing like what I ordered,rubbish quality, asked for a refund they wanted me to send it to someone in China at my cost but obviously if the package goes missing you lose everything, which believe me normally happens. I say I won't get caught by sh.t companies yet I did once again, avoid at all cost . The stress etc these companies cause is unbelievable, so that's me stuck with a crap ring and 30 quid down. AVOID

In 2022, I purchased a silver skull bracelet from this company and the clasp when I received the bracelet did not work properly I contacted the company through messenger. They replied they were not nice. They gave me a hard time they told me I was rude. Is this how they treat all their customers the quality of them merchandise is very poor and cheap. It’s supposed to be real silver and it’s not, after pleading with them, they finally sent a replacement bracelet which the class worked properly but the bracelet tarnished and turned brown within a matter of a year. Once again, I contacted them through messenger. They replied, they were very nice this time they said that they would send out a replacement , I waited the replacement didn’t come. I contacted them again through messenger and they replied and said that the replacement bracelet was sent out and that I had to wait 10 to 15 days a week in 10 to 15 days and no bracelet showed up at my address. This company is not a good company to do business with. I suggest that buyers beware , because when I went online and looked in my account that I have online with them, they set up the replacement bracelet and wanted me to purchase it when it was supposed to be free

Love the product craftsmanship just beautiful, love the design of the ring, and if it does what is meant to do, that would be fantastic plus it's the power of positive thinking that goes hand in hand, I will be ordering again 😀 😊 😄 ☺️ ❤️ just love it

Not really 5 stars. This is a scam website. The handmade sterling silver bracelet I ordered weighing 36gms and supposed to be 1.2” wide was in fact a cheaply moulded rough white metal weighing 23.1gms and less than 1” wide. Absolute garbage.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. What you will receive will be nothing like the photographs shown. Don’t fall for it. If it looks too good to be true then it definitely is.
Don’t hold out much hope of a refund but I will try. No doubt I will not get a reply to the email I have sent.

I ordered a beautiful bracelet for myself and the packing and speed was fantastic. But when I opened the box and the bracelet I received was the right length but half the size it was advertised as. I went back and looked at the image of the bracelet the model had on that was a close-up view and his was twice as wide as the much smaller and less masculine one I received. I would have paid more for this one pictured

I used this company for the second time would definitely use again items as described if not better , presentation box , came early love present

I ordered the Sterling Silver Vajra Byzantine Chain Bracelet for me and my daughter. I will admit, it shipped out must faster than I expected. I received notification from the carrier that the package had been delivered to "either your front door or mail box room." This was definitely not the case. I then received an email from the seller stating the carrier let them know the package had been delivered. I immediately responded letting them know the package was not in either place mentioned and asked them to contact their carrier to find out exactly which spot they left it at. Their response, "We're sorry to hear that you have still not received your order. Learned from the logistics provider that the package has been delivered. Please check again if it is in the mailbox or backyard (which I don't have), etc. If the package is not found, we recommend you to check with the logistics provider where the package is placed first." My response was, "So you get your money and take no responsibility or provide assistance contacting YOUR logistics company, and I am out the money and the merchandise?" It will be interesting to know what the logistics company has to say on where they left it since you need either a key or a code to gain access to the complex and the mailboxes.

It’s funny the logistics company told you the package was signed for considering neither you or they mentioned the package being signed for in any of the responses received. So if it was signed for, who provided the signature? According to them it was left at either the front door or the mailbox room. This would indicate no signature required. And again, you have to have a key or gate code to enter the complex…including gaining access to the mailboxes. I’ve worked customer service for many years, and never was it acceptable to tell a consumer they need to figure out where their merchandise is.

I have been scammed. Bought Guardian Angel pendant with chain. It is NOT Silver 925 as advertised!
Got it today and can see a copper colour on the wing tips at the back. Requested a refund...see what happens.

Had it approx one month, it’s just fell off my wrist and is going orange. Advertised as sterling silver when in fact it’s plated and cheap. I’m furious

I have already ordered a stunning bangle from these people and did not hesitate to oreder agian,unfortunately I ordered wrong size. A prompt answer informed me that due to the high delivery charge they would recommend keeping it and they would give a 50 % discount on another order. Will have to wait again. But great CS as far as I'm concerned
