Still no word despite sending e mail after e mail I want my money back can't ware metal its never seen silver cheap nasty not what I paid for another £100 down drain to these company's that are making millions off of false advertising its wrong

I enjoyed my purchase of 2 bracelets. I should have ordered a size up for the wider bracelet. It is a little tight and hard to fasten the clasp.

I REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY BECAUSE I NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL SAYING THEY GOT MY ORDER BUT I USED PAYPAL AND IT SENT THE MONEY. THEY ANSWERED IMMEDIATLY AND SENT ME THE TRACKING NUMBER. I WATCHED EVERY DAY AND RECEIVED IT IN TEN DAYS.

Frist time I've bought such cheap sterling silver jewelry. I told Sixcharactertruth to a friend, and now we are all big fans.

I received the item in four days after placing the order, which was very quick, Great service, my bracelet had a knock mark on the surface, contacted them and got me a free replacement.

Typical Chinese con company. Their sterling silver is just silver plated brass. Due to the cheap price (below the raw silver trading price) I suspected as much but I thought I would take a chance as I had real silver from Bali for regular wear. Sure enough the silver started to wear off and the brass started to show. Bottom line- cheap Chinese fraudulent products that seem real for about a year or less. In other words- crap.

Shame on this company!! I ordered a 22cm bracelet (8.7") what I received was 6" . Theyre saying i ordered 6.3" which is a lie! Plus the fact its only 6"They're not prepared to do anything about it..I showed this bracelet to a jewellers who informed me the bracelet was very badly made-not even soldered correctly and could fall apart at any time!
SCAM COMPANY! After many emails I finally received an email stating they'd pay for postage to China even although return address shows lakeside in cannock (UK) When I pointed this out to them they said we are a multi national company and its got to be sent back to China. They asked me to find out how much it would cost..I sent an email showing how much it'd cost...since then I've heard nothing which I thought would be the case! And I've still had no answer as to why return address on packaging shows Cannock!(UK)

I ordered the six character truth bracelet which I didn't think was silver as I couldn't find a hallmark. However, on closer inspection I found the hallmark inside the lobster clip. I love this bracelet. Nice chunky links with strong closure. I then ordered the seven chakra reiki heart bracelet and elephant ring. I am very impressed by the weight and quality of both items. I can assure anyone reading that this is NOT a fake review !!!!

Item was advertised as Stirling Silver but what arrived was not Stirling Silver and just rubbish costume jewellery. Company refused a full refund and Paypal refused claim even though item was proven to be not as described. Faith in PayPals so called protection also lost.

I love the bracelet! More than surprised when I opened the lovely gift box and saw just how nice the bracelet looks!
The advert states it is silver however if it was truly silver due the weight of it would have cost loads more so I very much doubt it! Saying that I don’t care it’s lovely whatever it is made from!

I must express my profound disappointment with the subpar quality of the product I received. I had anticipated a more refined silver bracelet, but what I received fell far short of my expectations. When I decided to exercise my right to return the product, as advertised under their "We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee," I was met with an unexpected hurdle. The company informed me that I would be responsible for shipping the product back to China at my own expense. Given that I reside in California, the cost of shipping surpassed the value of the products I had initially purchased.

I promptly conveyed this concern to the company, explaining how the shipping costs outweighed the product's value in my situation. I respectfully proposed the possibility of returning the item to their shipping location, also within California, but regrettably, my request was deemed unacceptable.

It is disheartening to discover that the company's claim of "We always do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy" does not hold true for this particular customer. My overall experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

I bought bracelets for my two grandsons, and they really liked them. Now I've placed another order.

The shipping speed was incredibly fast; it only took 6 business days from placing the order to receiving the item. Highly recommended.

I purchased two bracelets from them and when I received them I tried one on then the clasp stick and couldn’t get it off for a while. Then I realized that these where not 925 silver as stated and where also too big and chunky for me. I contacted to return which cost me 17.90 to China. The offered a refund of shipping which was promptly returned as promised but they refused to acknowledge they received the returned items even though USPS showed they did and they will not refund the remainder of the cost which is only about $20 but it’s the principle of the matter.
