I purchased a mattress and bed lift for my queen sized bed. I recently had surgery and glad i had a bed to lift me, well it stopped working. Sit and Sleep sent out two technicians but did not supply a report to the third party they have for repairs and replacement as I purchased an extended warranty.
I just had surgery!!! they proceeded to put me off and only contact with email.
now they are saying it is a 3 week wait for replacement, or a technician. They are at fault for not seeing through with their technicians and leaving me to fend with a email customer service. I need this replaced now to help in my recovery!

I wrote this review almost two years after getting my guest room's sofabed from sitandsleep (Dec 2023). So, this bed has been fully tested. This sofabed is simply perfect, even more supportive than our own mattress which cost over £1000. It is snuggly and my children like to sleep on it too. The only problem we have is no one wants to sleep in their own bed now. I'm glad that I upgraded the mattress.

One more thing I would like to say is their superb customer service. Andrew Folbigg seemed to understand every problem I had and solved them at ease and with great patience. He didn't need to turn to another person and kept me waiting - he could tell me right a way as if he's the one who made or packed the sofabed! Really incredible!

By the way, while the sample fabric may feel a bit coarse, it's 100% alright when you sit and sleep on it. And one more thing, we found our king size fitted sheet fitting perfectly on this double sofabed. It's good then we don't need to buy one extra set.

After doing extensive research I decided on Sit and Sleep for a new futon.
The product is hand made in the UK to high standard.
It's very comfortable to sleep on.

Lovely company to deal with, very friendly and efficient. I changed my mind about the colour the day before my KEWB was due to be collected from the warehouse. Andrew was charming about it and got the colour changed.

Sit and sleep customer service is excellent. I had an unusual request for a bed at under 192cm and they investigated and tried their best, although unsuccessful I cannot fault their efforts and help.

Sleep and sit has been over what expected with us. We were hesitating between 2 models and fabric color. They mailed us fabric samples, gave us detailed advices on both models. Delivery has been followed until the sofa was in the room. The delivery company did not wanted to install on 1st floor but they have interfer. Very happy with our sofa, color, quality and human relation.

Having researched sofa beds extensively for several months, it became apparent we wanted something that would last, function well, and not cost silly money.
I can honestly say the product we have purchased from Sit and Sleep surpasses our expectations.
As a very welcomed bonus, the components including the packaging, are sourced and made in the UK from sustainable base materials.
The customer service was old school. Polite, patient, considerate, and friendly. They produced something a little bit bespoke, and did everything they said they would, and delivered well within the initial guesstimate.
Needless to say, we are extremely happy we spent just a little bit more, on a product that is going to last and function well.

Fantastic customer service by Sit and Sleep; if you have queries about any of their great products - just call them, and a real human will provide you with lots of sound, honest advice. Their follow-up service is equally brilliant - post-delivery, assembly questions were immediately answered and resolved.

I called sit and sleep and found them very helpful, transparent and honest. I ordered a traditional king futon, it came within 4 days on the day requested, for a minor delivery cost.
It took a short time to put together, very well made will last years.
It’s so comfortable I love it. Highly recommend!

An excellent product (CUBED 90 Innovation Chair Bed) delivered promptly with no fuss.

Do not use this company, very poor workmanship and customer service was shocking. Avoid at all costs!

I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with Sit and Sleep. I called on a Thursday morning asking for a delivery that very afternoon; a few hours later I was unpacking the well-wrapped futon sofa. (I should probably add that I live about 10 miles from their warehouse.) The expedited delivery charge was only fractionally higher than the standard charge.

Assembly was straightforward and complete in less than an hour. The futon mattress is nice and thick, and looks great in the study! I can't personally speak for the host of other sofas they have on offer, but they did all seem like quality products.

Overall, I am very impressed both with the product as well as the customer service, and I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending this company.
