Delivery debacle
The package was not delivered to our home, despite someone being home, the gate being open, gate and door bells to ring, no requirement for signing off on the package, and safe places to leave the package in any case so not requiring meeting with a person. Instead, the delivery driver photographed (presumably for the post office) our open gate, with a car in the driveway, saying couldn’t deliver. As a result we had to g and pick up from a post office.

Price very competitive & Communication was Good
Price was very competitive.
Site was very easy to navigate, eespecially when payment was through PayPal.
Postage was 'free' when order was reasonabke large.
What we were after, was in stock.
The only negative was the packaging: Only the original box, without any reinforcements. The bottom of the box had givenway, and we were lucky that AusPort was careful & carried it in the upsidedown position.
