The rep I talked with- I'm so sorry I don't remember her name- was very professional, helpful, friendly, and courteous. She was knowledgeable and walked me through each step so I could understand and complete them. She was terrific and deserves to be recognized!

I purchased two 360 blood work test, one for me and one for my wife. Had a question about the the amount I was billed for my wife’s subscription. I reached out to customer service and was contacted by Stefan within minutes of my inquiry. He not only “fix” the issue , he sent a follow up email confirming the steps he had taken to resolve my concerns. I am very impressed with the customer service at Siphox! 😊👍

Emilija was my support on this initial test, and she was wonderful. The call connected quickly, she walked me through all steps calmly and thoroughly, and took time to get visuals to ensure I was doing the sampling with accuracy. I was a bit nervous to try a blood test at home, but this was a billion times easier, faster, and less stress inducing than any other labs I’ve had done.

SiPhox is an outstanding company doing important work. I started using it this year and have been impressed beyond words at the professionalism, precision, and sense of relief I experience when I use their diagnostic services. Preventative medicine is "The Medicine of the Future," and SiPhox is a leader in this field.

Siphox is a great platform, easy to understand explanations of topics that you would need a medical degree or at some medical training to absorb. The only thing that didn't work for me in two separate tests was the heating pad. First one didn't have the metal circle thing in it, the second had one but it just didn't work and didn't cause the chemical reaction needed to heat the liquid. Not a big deal though in my estimation.

I had an issue with my order, and they took their time to take care of the issue and make sure I was happy. Really appreciate this company, and it has been great.

Fraud. Tricked me into getting their kit but there was nothing beyond the basic membership. I am asking for a refund. They tricked me into ordering, but then on top of the basic membership, I had to order a kit. It is super sketchy. Do not recommend.

I recently used this company for blood work, because I just started TRT. At the beginning there was a series of unfortunate events that was making my overall experience pretty frustrating. That being said, I truly believe none of it was intentional or malicious.

However after getting in touch with them and voicing my concerns, they immediately fixed my issues and had me squared away perfectly. I couldn't recommend a better company based off of my experience with them. They treated me with respect and seemed to value me as a customer. I'll continue to use them indefinitely, and recommend them to anyone who's needing bloodwork done.

Fantastic customer service for first timers! Renetta was amazing!

My collection specialist, Renata, was wonderful. She was very friendly and professional. Her easy to understand instructions were concise and thorough. She made sure along the way that I was following along without confusion, she also ensured the speed at which she was helping was not too fast. She did a great job!

This was NOT worth the money as I'm a stay at home mom of a multiply disabled son. Getting him and me out to my Dr, the copay, gas etc, then scheduling labs, and the follow up appts made this seem like a better deal. While the blood draw was simple enough, one of my three just stopped pulling blood and I could not fill the vial.

When my results came in, it was the first time in 51 yrs that my labs were all over the place. High iron, high folate, low Vitamin D, low thyroid, low insulin, etc. I sent the labs to my Dr and she said they didn't look right compared to my previous labs. Had to go in anyway, get new labs done anyway, etc only to find out my labs aren't off. They are. I contacted them wanting my money back and they said that machines can vary by 100%! So they've covered their butts on why you can see such a discrepancy in arm draw vs veinous. I do not recommend their product or services at all.
