The initial sign-up process is cumbersome and appears to be a scam. For instance, I was not even aware I had been charged for the initial membership fee. I thought I hadn't signed up and probably wouldn't have continued with the process until my wife pointed out that I had been charged. This does not convey transparency in the process. With that said, I am impressed with the results, compared to the traditional lab work I had done a few days prior. I am also impressed with the actionable and comprehensive information given in the report. I am very impressed with the body scan feature of the app. I found it to be incredibly accurate.

I have a mixed experience based on my customer service interactions with this company, but have edited my review to reflect the overall outcome and how I feel walking away. The website seems very straight forward, showing panels and services offered, sign up is easy, there is a “share with your doctor” option that was a bit misleading in my particular case. I will not be using their kit, so I cannot attest to that process. I am navigating the healthcare system on a very tight budget. I am looking for the lowest cost labs as I am currently uninsured and was excited about the price point and convenience for the particular labs I currently need. Unfortunately after messaging my two providers that I found labs and ordered them, they responded they don’t take third party mail at home test results as they’ve had issues in the last, regardless of the company now. While initially, customer service responded a bit poorly, while still professionally, another member of the team, Ajda, stepped in and really changed the experience, making me feel seen as a human navigating their health rather than just a sale point. If in the future I can afford the extra testing without needing to worry about it supporting me medically with my current doctors, I’d love to give SiPhox a try, it is just not where I’m at in life at the moment.

It was very frustrating trying to do all the registration and questionnaires.… this is partially true because I am over 70 and I am always frustrated with Internet connections so it would've been helpful for me to have done all your questioning prior to doing the actual Collection Of the blood test.
The technician that walked me through the process of collecting the blood was very pleasant and patient with me I would definitely Encourage others To have a virtual walk-through with a living person!

I’ve used several of these at home draw services and never had an issue until I used SiPhox. They are the most expensive by far, and the kit I received was unable to be activated. I talked to live support for the draw and she said, I don’t know how to fix this, I’m just here to help you with collection, and to reach out to support via email. I used their support chat and email and both are only AI generated garbage. It’s been over 24 hours and no response on how to activate the kit or send a replacement. I disputed the $274 charge on my credit card and will use the plethora of other companies that offer the same service for cheaper and actually deliver.
