Sim Card Hassle

Although my phone was successfully unlocked, I must admit that the process wasn't as straightforward as the website made it seem. To complete the unlocking procedure, it was necessary to use a sim card from a different carrier's network. Through some online research, I discovered that the sim card didn't need to be activated, so I purchased one for a mere dollar. With the unactivated sim card, I was then able to enter the code that successfully unlocked my phone. It would have been helpful if customer service had informed me that an unactivated sim card would work as well.

Absolutely dubious!

Bordering on fraud. First they ask for €22, then another €50 to unlock the phone and after a while they tell me that I have to pay another €186 to get the phone unlocked! Cancellation is possible, but the money remains on the site and is not transferred back. So what am I supposed to do with a credit that will never be redeemed? Absolutely dubious!

SCAM ALERT

Scam alert: simunlocks.com site is a big scam, please be careful. At first they asked me to pay $24 to find out if the phone is eligible for unlocking or not. They came back to tell me that after their verification, the phone will be unlocked in about 7 days, this time you have to pay $55. I also paid. After three weeks, They come back to tell me that the phone cannot be unlocked because it is declared lost/stolen, except that it is false. The phone does not have this status, it is clean, they themselves confirmed this to me before paying the $54. I even double-checked the phone does not have this status, it is a phone purchased online, it is clean. So I was fooled! Pay attention to your turn.

The average delivery time is 1-7 days. However, sometimes it can take longer or be completed sooner due to various factors. Once your order is completed, you'll receive an email notification.

Please note that the actual process involves some waiting time due to the nature of unlocking. We strive to provide the best service possible and always aim to perform the unlock in the estimated time frame
