WORST possible company you can deal with
This is the WORST possible company you could deal with! Any positive review you see on this page is from their staffs. It’s been 3 MONTHS since I paid the initial $24 and the $65 ( Which wasn’t mentioned anywhere at all ) to get my iPhone unlocked. The service was supposed to be instant but took A MONTH before getting any response from them that they couldn’t unlock my device and I can pay for premium unlock which costs around $400 and because of the nature of the delay, They would refund both the eligible checks and the unlock fee to my account in form of credit notes ( which is useless by the way). I asked if they could offer some discounts for the delay atleast they said No. Now I’m getting a partial credit notes refund and when I asked them about it ( even quoting their previous mail) they went mute. I’m sure they have other scam websites like this everywhere. Avoid at all costs
Total rip off
Total rip off. Don't be sucked in. No sense asking them to refund cuz it will not happen. Asked to unlock a simple Samsung ATT S24. Never happened.lpst all money of course and never unlocked our S24. Sad.

Started with 24$ they said can instantly unlock my phone. Sent me a email with my phones basic info that I can get free myself. Then they need another $55 before it can be unlocked. O it gets better. Nope. Unlock can’t be done. I need to pay $465 for premium unlock. Wow. How is this company still in business. Scamming the ones that don’t know that’s how. Ok so please give me a refund. Nope. It in their garbage website credit that I can’t use. I’m filing a BBB and FCC report and contacting my bank. How they manage to get 5 stars is from inside service themselves.

I had an IPhone Promax 16 with the carrier Boost Mobile. I tried to use this site to unlock the carrier. First they charge you between $14 to 28 to determine if your phone is eleigable then they post the basic phone info as if they have done a through search. Then, they ask for another $68 to unlock the phone. After paying, you'll get another email in 2 day asking for another $475 is required. They are scamers Don't use them
SCAM!!
SCAM!! "SIMUnlocks" promised to unlock my phone right on the spot "from the privacy of my own home" for only $14.99 then after I was charged, they asked for $65 more in order to unlock it! There was no mention of this upfront at all in the email. It was supposed to be only $14.99 to unlock and now I'm out the money and my phone is still locked. Big SCAM! BEWARE!!!
Don't Do it.....they on the B.S.!!!!!!!!
i paid 24.99 to get the phone unlocked. Then they sent an email saying pay $55 more to get the phone unlocked. The $24.99 is to check to see if the phone is actually locked, if its stolen....etc. I could've told them that. What do they think people need their phones unlocked for? OOOh like we didn't know our phones were locked. I'm telling you not to do it...Also after to pay the initial money, then they tell you to read section 8 which clarifies that the $24.99 is just to check your phone for clearance. Hell naw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
TOTAL SCAM...
TOTAL SCAM.... Promised a unlock for 29.99 then ask for $55 more... Then the progress Said Failed... Then i email a different email for support and the charges on my bank is a totally different name.... I have been in contact with my Laywer . BBB and FBI working with my bank to bring these scammers to justice..,.
SCAM
SCAM. Do not use. They will tell you they can unlock, charge you twice, not do it, then decline to refund you. You have been warned!!!
Be aware! I will never use again
Be aware! Read the small print and term very carefully! The initial price given is just for an eligibility check and then an additional amount is given for the full process!
Despite being told that the phone was eligible to be unlocked and that it was ‘clean’ with regard to being blacklisted. I was eventually informed that it was blacklisted.
Refund is only given as a credit note for a service I will never use again!
You have been warned!
Not a Scam!!! Takes awhile though.
Really thought these guys were going to be legit website looks OK. Made the initial payment to run an eligibility check of $19.99. Once the eligibility check was completed, I was then asked to pay a total of $55 after about seven days. Phone was still not unlocked. I was then asked that my phone needed the premium unlocking service for $188. Company told me one to seven business days. The status bar shows 99%, but I have not received anything back from the company nor have I got an update on my order with today being the seventh day it says on their website that I will be eligible to receive my $188 payment and my $55 payment back, if they are unable to unlock with the premium $180 service. I have yet to receive a refund or any contact regarding my order so I wanna warn anyone that is looking at using their services. if anything changes or updated on my order, I will update my review here but until then do not use service zero stars.
Update: So after a month or longer they have successfully unlocked my iPhone 13 Pro Max that was on T-Mobile. The phone now says unlocked and is working on another Carrier. I wanna update anyone that is looking at using there service. In total I paid around $250 to get phone unlocked. In my situation it’s worth it and I thank this service to providing service they state they do. Again may take some time but phone will get unlocked it’s not a Scam and hope this helps anyone out there looking to use their services.
"They scammed me!!
"They scammed me!!! Do not buy anything from these fraudsters. They don't warn you and ask for 2 PAYMENTS. In my case, they first took $18 and then $50 for a device that costs $50. Then they sent me a confusing code, and there's no talk of any unlocking here. These are some strange codes!! They also refused to refund the money. These are SCAMMERS!!!! They ignore me in the chat."
Dont use! Thank me later
They advertise they so good, they fast, it works, It didnt work. I spent my last, after 2 days I got a email saying they refunded me 80$ in total… the sad part is they refunded me in credits to there website, what could I do with credits, If my phone was rejected, I want my 80$ spent on my card… I will file a complaint to the BBB and get my money back.. 0 stars for me
Don't do business with this company
So far it's been a frustrating experience with this company! They give you an unlock code but it won't work or unlock your phone and they aren't much help the just tell you to enter the unlock code which doesn't work.
