Rubbish Product, Rubbish Integrity

I bought two different stove fan models from them. On one the motor failed within a year, on the other, after about a year and a half. They charge £9 for replacement motors that you can get for £3.48 from AliExpress-probably superior-so you can imagine how little they cost Valiant; yet they offer no accommodation if you report the problem one day after the guarantee is technically up. To boot, you are treated to stock replies, and asked to go through performative paces that ignore what you told them.
