Place my order and almost a whole month and still received nothing don't buy here unless you want to take the risk of paying for nothing

I really don't have anything negative to say.
I ordered 7 centipedes at Saturday 25th and arrived 3 days later, i live in DK so that's probably why.
The packaging was the best i have ever seen compared to other companies, they put foam, wooden paper and even bubblewrap around them.... exaggerated packaging in my opinion but i am not the expert here.

All in all 10/10!

Mixed feelings experience. I had to wait over a month for my order to be processed, nowhere on the site was specified that what I ordered needed such a long time to be available for shipping. Communications with the shop was slow and I often got vague replies, but they did answer me every time.
Once ready, the shipping was super fast and it did respect the "next day delievery" as advertised on the site, so that's definitely a plus. The animals arrived safe and sound, though the decorations I bought were just loose in the box with no wrapping...
Overall I'm happy with what I received but for now I'm not inclined to buy again.

I've had two orders from here. The first went perfectly. Lovely animals, great quality, arrived quickly.

But the second never arrived. It got as far as reaching the UK then was returned to them.

The tracking clearly shows it as delivered back to them on May 5th, 9.56am. But they deny having received it, are not even acknowledging my request for a refund and are trying to blame me for it being sent back when it didn't even reach my house! They've even tried to suggest it was destroyed at customs when I'd sent the screenshot of the tracking showing the delivery to them, which they can check for themselves too. Absolute joke. Do not use.

I'm still waiting I one week pass that I make my order, they don't respond to the emails or messages in the social media. They supposed to ship on Mondays and don't do, 0 costumer service.
Never order from this shop again, very disappointed

Very hard to communicate.. I wanted to know about how long the order would take I didn't received an answer for several days even tho there was no message on the website or anywhere that they were on vacation so I decided to cancel my order because it wouldn't arrive at the time I needed .I sent a few emails for cancellation days ago and I was ignored,to day my order is shipped.I hope the owner at least see this now.Thank you for your attention.

First of all, the large selection of items and creatures is simply baffling! When ordering something like isopods, they deliver extremely fast and I usually receive my order in two or three days (living inside the EU), especially if it's an animal delivery. The customer service is very good and everything I receive is in good condition.

Packaging is convenient and the newsletters included are well-styled.

Their website is easy to navigate and payments are more than manageable to get through.

Received my order yesterday and i cant say enough good things about this company. All products were exactly as described on the website, not to mention all the animals were in packaged carefully and all arrived in good shape. The shipping was very punctual and professional. Will not hesitate to buy again and would recommend this company!
