After an initial simple mix up, the companies response has been outstanding. They have put measures in place to prevent it occurring again and gone over and above to leave me feeling like a valued customer. It's when things go wrong you see how good people are.

We sincerely apologise for the issue you experienced with your order. We had no idea there was a problem until we read this review, as your emails went into our spam folder for some unknown reason.
We would never ignore a customer and pride ourselves on going above and beyond when it comes to service, as the other reviews on Trustpilot will attest.
I've refunded the tape that went missing in transit, along with your entire delivery charge, as a way of making right the stress and anger we've inadvertently caused.
Going forward, we've implemented new filters and internal processes to ensure that we don't miss any correspondence from other customers.
We hope you'll give us another chance in the future as this isn't an accurate reflection of how we normally conduct business.
