CJ kept me fully informed with regular updates as my system was being built so there were no surprises and I could plan for delivery. Hi purchased my Nuc fully configured from SimplyNuc because all the reviews said you were the best and I have to say I agree 100%. I judge a company by their aftersales service and yours is second to none, the people I spoke to when my Nuc went wrong actually listened gave me useful advice on the phone and emailed me straight away. So I returned my faulty Nuc and within 14 days I've received a new one which is working perfectly, so I would just like to say a very big thanks to you and your team I am already looking at my next purchase and the five-year guarantee is worth every penny. I am a domestic customer but wow what a great service.

A good website with details of all their products (huge selection), though a comparison feature would be useful. Ordering the product was very straight forward and delivery from Ireland was just 2 days.
Cannot fault the company and service at all. Will revisit when funds are back up!

All good except shipped with a european(?) plug rather than a UK one.

Pre-ordered some two months in advance. Almost one month delayed. Had to return not once, but twice! First time due to power failure, second due to excessive fan scraping the internal of the case! Not very impressed at all if I'm honest. The hardware itself has been the only saving grace, but even that came at a very high price!

Process of purchasing my NUC from SinplyNUC was extremely easy, the process of shipping and tracking was effortless too with all details being emailed once all was confirmed and arrived earlier than expected. Definitely great service for a customer based out of the UAE.
