I spoke to one of your colleagues and asked for at least one of the test strip boxes to have a longer expiry date. Unfortunately, I received both boxes with a shorter expiry date. Very disappointed

Very professional service and very thorough. Gave exact instructions and decisions so as to expedite both the Prescription Assessment and move through to despatch. Once prescription approved, despatch was immediate and I was particularly impressed with that. Great experience with no dithering unlike other suppliers with easy direction to what was required. Where the order app was not approved (didn't meet the rules) this was handled very sensitively with very clear reasons. I will stay with these people!
