Easy to order, surprised not a 'signed for' delivery
The order process was easy and delivery was quick, HOWEVER Royal Mail took it to the completely wrong address (this was not SImply Meds Online's fault as the address was correct on the parcel.)
I contacted SImply Meds Online Chatline and they were helpful but could not refund or replace until Royal Mail confirmed misdelivery (even though they checked and could clearly see that the Royal Mail tracking photo was not showing my address).
I think the parcels from Simply Meds should be signed for to reduce the risk of delivery to wrong address. And if a parcel does not arrive, they should be replacing or refunding sooner than the possible 30 days which Royal Mail can take to respond to a claim.
Luckily my postman managed to track the missing parcel to an address on a different road and number (!) so I was reunited with my parcel after a couple of days and the issue was resolved, but not really by Simply Meds Online.
The medicine was as expected, and had Royal Mail not made a mistake, I would no doubt have been very happy with the service provided.

Short expiry date
3 month expiry date instead of usual 2 year expiry , maybe they sell end of bin tablets , don’t know .
Simplymeds did advise , after the order was delivered & I raised a complaint, that emergency orders are intended for immediate use . They did not state this on their website & I was not informed before delivery. It was an emergency order but the tablets are used on a very ad hoc basis so 3 month expiry date is of little use .
No other issues at all with Simplymeds , very efficient & responsive.
