The process took a little longer than I expected, (but my inexperience and just a little advice to others.) The simply lending team made every effort work with me to achieve the result needed as quick as it could be done.

Was kept well informed from beginning to end with mortgage application. All the advisers and case managers were extremely friendly and made the whole process very easy.

Jamie and Lauren were brilliant. Jamie stuck with us since early 2025 and was constantly communicating clearly and giving his honest opinion. Lauren looked after our case great and kept us in the loop all the time.

The only negative was the AIP Jamie was providing to the housing associations were incorrect as they had to be from the lender which I think affected some of the houses we went for . Hence the 4 not 5 star.

I was struggling to get a mortgage faster coming out of a DMP Michael and Jackie helped me every step of the way. Even after signing my mortgage offer they managed to get me a better deal and sent it straight through to me which saved me about £40 a month in interest. I wouldn’t have gotten a mortgage without them! Really appreciate everything they did including answering all of my annoying questions.

Couldn't ask for better service.

I now have a mortgage thanks to Lauren and Charlotte at simply. I honestly due to my credit score did not think this would be possible but they did it!

Lauren has been great at making sure all my mortgage information is collated correctly and all given to the mortgage company. She has put my mind at ease when stressing over paperwork and has been a great support throughout the application process.

Charlotte was great when I was applying and looking at properties, giving great advice and checking in regularly.

I honestly don't think id of gotten a mortgage without their support and careful attention to my case.

I know their costs are quite high but in comparison to a slightly cheaper company I also tried, their service was 10x better. Much improved and worth every penny.

My emails were normally responded to the same day on working days and all information for the mortgage was given in a timely manner.

I would totally recommend this company. I was given their details in a facebook group for a Right to Buy mortgage and I am so pleased with the service I have received. Initially I spoke to John who answered all my questions and he was very transparent about the whole process which was completely new to me. Following this, I was passed over to Ria and also Paige.
