I honestly never thought I'd get a mortgage but these guys did it and whats more they listened and understood the situation and they did this without making you feel uncomfortable talking about adverse credit . I'm glad I went to them, they sorted out the mortgage and advised me well.

I have to say I was apprehensive using at start. having gone through divorce and credit being mixed and having no luck with local Mortgage brokers i reached out. I appreciate its expensive compared to most brokers, but not only did they get me a mortgage when others couldn't, they also secured a great rate, so easily negates the initial high cost. Wont be for everyone, but if in situation like i was, can be a game changer. Special shout out to Matthew and Louise who prob had to do more than normal to earn that offer, not least answering my many many phone calls. Always polite, and proactive.

We went to Simply Lending as a last shot, with no hope left in us. John initially dealt with us and had all the confidence, we’d lost, in getting us a mortgage. John found us a mortgage within days. We were then passed to Chanelle who has made this process so easy. Every email and question to both John and Chanelle was replied to the same day if not the next working day and they never made us feel like a burden with all the questions we had.

They have made the impossible possible for us as today we received our final mortgage offer when no other broker or lender was willing to look at us and our circumstances.

From the beginning of the referral process to the end was seamless and romping pace. Karen Davey and Charlotte Jones were great ambassadors for Simply Lending. Conversations were professional with right amount of business humour. The team were excellent and start to finish was under 4 weeks and that included money hitting the bank account.

From my enquiry at the start to receiving our mortgage offer the customer service was excellent. I was originally contacted back by Ava who did all the original preparation and fact finding and washed exactly what we needed the mortgage for and how much and term. Fully explained the options available.
Our mortgage enquiry was then handed over to Ria and again she was very clear as to what paperwork was required from us and the next stages and timelines.
Superb from start to finish and very pleased with the service and speed of service received. Nothing was too much to ask.

We enquired about getting a mortgage but was unsure due to age and adverse credit we had a substantial deposit.

I recently took out my first mortgage with Simply Lending. What a great experience I had! With all the stress of buying a house, these guys were absolutely brilliant! I dealt with Jackie and Curtis, and all I can say is they were brilliant. Any questions I had (being a first-time buyer, I had a lot), they would answer; there were no delays, and everything was explained perfectly.

I got recommended this company by a friend and wasn't disappointed,they were really helpful with our mortgage and not pushy but if we needed them always answered the phone and responded to emails which is very reassuring when moving home.
