Avoid at all costs cancelled policy now…
Avoid at all costs cancelled policy now charged £25 default and £52 cancellation! Despite it saying £25 to cancel bear in mind whole policy was only £62 and no option for payment plan

We can't comment on the specifics of what you paid here, but ususally an early cancellation outside of the fourteen day cooling off period incurs a £25 administration fee and that's all. The only time you would have to pay any more is if you are paying monthly and still owe something for the time you've been insured.
Our credit lender for direct debits, Premium Credit, also charge default fees as is standard if you miss a payment. You can always get in touch with our UK team on 0333 014 6683 to discuss your options if you're experiencing any financial difficulties, and they'll do their best to find a suitable solution. Included in the Policy, But Not in Practice
Making a claim with this company was an extremely frustrating experience. I needed to use the emergency cover included in my policy, yet the service I received was far from what I expected. Days were wasted while they struggled with their own internal processes, it took over a week to arrange an engineer, and in the end very little was actually resolved. To add insult to injury, the compensation offered for the inconvenience and disruption was minimal. Overall, a disappointing experience and not the level of support you would hope for in an emergency.
