Said it would take a month to process…
Said it would take a month (estimated) to process payment. It took almost 6 months. I had to actively monitor it to make sure I got it.
Edit: It was 4 months specifically. Still incredibly long for a one month estimate. The reply from the business was that I didn’t set my payment up until late, but I set up my payment on day 1. I only changed it when it said an Amazon gift card would be faster, after having waited months.
Edit #2: I had to lower my rating. I guarantee you I set up payment on day 1. I provided my checking account and routing number. What other purpose would I have needed to enter that for?
If they don’t re-edit their reply (without noting that they are making edits) again, then their last snarky reply is enough to show that the company won’t admit any guilt and would rather argue with their customers.

Payment was not setup on day 1. It was setup on May 25th for the first time.
There is no records of us promising you payment within a month.
We explained on June 6th why you missed June 1st payment deadline - we didn't have payment information by 5/15/21.
